@ViCustomerCare Just for address change you need 3 days and even after that its still not updated, even Vi management is also started lying.. for everything they only know one thing wait 24 hrs ..48 hrs .. Worst customer support, worst process, worst IT

Dear @VodafoneIN there is lot of issues on your N/w.U say "Its the fastest 4G network of U.P." but i don't think so.while talking on call your network frequency goes from 4G to H,no internet speed,You have updated your network to Vi but problem is same.Kindly,resolve my problem

@ViCustomerCare @nch14404 I bought a new Vi sim yesterday at 10AM. the internet speed for the first 3 to 4 hours was nice but after that I hardly able to type a msg, the speed got worsen also unable to connect to VOLTE. Also contact customer care but didn't get any solution 🤬🤬.

@ViCustomerCare Vi cheated with me again & again vi gives me offer callertune on 199 recharge but in actual I have not found benefits it's cheating 4th time why vi liar what is issue of @ViCustomerCare give me full benifit if you cant give then tell me reason ?
