  @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare I'm not able to access the internet from past 3 days on my residential area. I logged complaint on 6th sept and got a resolution timeline at 9th sept 6 pm.but VI closed the same without resolving my issue. Hope you understand my query.

  @ViCustomerCare my Vi sim don’t have network from last week. Went to Vi store to replace SIM card but they told us we will new with postpaid connection and have to pay ₹475 per month for next 4 months. Is this the process?

  @ViCustomerCare now wont trouble you by sending mails, tweets, calls... bye bye Vi. My net issue is solved completly with more than 60 mbps, you know it is not through the Vi, but our beloved 'Connecting India' thank you.
