    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VodafoneIN @Idea The 4g data service here is pathetic better give good 3g or 2g service than charging for poor 4g service the internet speed is not consistent and max speed in kbs even in 4g resolve issue else jio is soon arriving here i heard

    @VodafoneIN Disgusting service by India's largest company, I request to STOP class 0 message which irritating after every Messages. But Customer care said ; We cant stop Class 0 SMS , we don't have any system to stop Class 0 SMS. @VodafoneIN_News @ViBusinessIndia

    It's being 6 months I was complaining about the vi network but there is no improvement & when my data is over so I have received so many calls for reacharge again & when I said abt complaint so they said first I have to recharge then they will accept my complaint @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Yesterday i visited VI store for my update my surname and address for my prepaid they told me i need to get postpaid and then revert to prepaid after 3 months which seems fishy as i dont want postpaid. As a customer cant i just update KYC simply from app why is there this thing

    @ViCustomerCare I think you guys do not give customer enough right to port from your service. You need minimum ₹128 to send one SMS. Very good.
