Deducting mobile balances for services never ever requested, Total more that Rs 100.00 in the name of VAS, never requested and then pass the buck to the customer.

Needed data for navigation, coordination with tour agents, Uber etc. Had to buy another local pkg. No wonder @ViCustomerCare is unpopular.
