    @VodafoneIN @idea_cares After complaining & appealing many times my network & Internet speed issues have not been solved yet.. When I call customer care they say system down will call back within an hour but it’s next day and no call.

    @VodafoneIN @idea_cares When I send msg to appeal for network issues I’m getting text saying your network issues are solved. Hoverer I don’t get more than 2 bars for network. Facing this issue since July 2018 and been complaing since then but problem persists

    @TRAI @DoT_India @VodafoneIN Vodafone has been harrasing customers over the past few months. In the past 15 days they have deducted Mobile balance exceeding Rs 300.00 in the name of VAS, which I neither need nor requested. Mobile No :+91 9823XXX863.Hope some help is received.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence How soon can I port in from @VodafoneIN, looks like they have gone crazy and unethical. Deducting mobile balances for services never ever requested, Total more that Rs 100.00 in the name of VAS, never requested and then pass the buck to the customer.

    @care_DIR My issue with @VodafoneIN is almost over as they have done some correction and asked me to observe network. Regarding resolution of recharge plan they have rectified the mistake on both sim. Thanks for concern and support.
