Companies like @VodafoneIN @VodaIdea_NEWS @Idea @VodafoneIdeaBiz are taking undue advantage of customer by charging them full amount of bill plan and providing service for only 5-7days a month!! The best part is there’s no one to even penalise them for extorting customers !

@sajithnairc @VodafoneIN I registered a complaint with them after 5 call drops in 60 seconds. No follow up or resolution took place despite of multiple calls to the CC. Finally, when I sent port out req, these people started calling me with bill discounts &offers. Happily liviving with @airtelindia now

@sajithnairc @VodafoneIN Try activating an IR with them, you will never get a notification regarding activation on the scheduled time. I was charged with IR calls while I was on transit at Munich even after a well scheduled activation. These guys should perish from the Telecom Map of India.

I think their staff have an internal adjustment on commission basis with other service providers to port out their own.Such unprofessional lots! Never resolve or call customers after a complaint is filed,until a port out request is filed.

@sajithnairc @VodafoneIN No wonder their customer count is diminishing day by day. Try sending a mail to them, you will get a mail rejection, if you are sending from hotmail or outlook. Notified them multiple times, no response recieved.

@ViCustomerCare Was able to speak with customer care, I was told that I can't send sms even with balance because sms service is enable only when I recharge for more than ₹128. Not many use SMS, I had to use it for UPI registration, so just for that one SMS once, you want me to spend ₹128?
