    @ViCustomerCare Not getting network signal on my phone since 20.03.21 restarted my phone 3-4 times, sim reinserted still not getting network. Facing issues in Vaishali, Ghaziabad, 201010. Connected the phone via wifi, even logged out from vi app, not receiving OTP to log in.

    @ViCustomerCare Nope. These regular #FAQ on the URL specified does not seem to be addressing this issue. There is something glitch in #4G implementation by your network team.

    So due to pathetic network I decided to switch from @ViCustomerCare to Airtel. And from the time I did the process I was further harassed all day by some 40-50 calls from different numbers dozens of messages saying my plans have been upgraded/changed per my request. 1/2
