@ViCustomerCare The 4G internet speed is slower than even a 2G network in my area (Nalanda, BR) from past 10 days. Whenever i call the customer care they just do some formalities and finally say that "just wait for 4 hrs, maintainance is going on". This 4 hrs never end for u ppl.

@ViCustomerCare Hi Anshul Mob No - 8130532200 This is regarding outstanding bill..I have called 2 times to customer care for outstanding .But they are asking for 48 hrs and its been almost 2 weeks .But still no resolution asap.They have charged for Amazon prime which should not be ..Pls check

@ViCustomerCare I am using 2 jio Sims. In past I have one main vi sim , due to innumerable network issues and innumerable complaint to customer care executive. I tried and port to jio.

Do not take or ignore the calls you get from your network operator after you raise the port request. They are fake calls. What the hell is this strategy?? you think customer will stay after you scam them,lie to them??? @vodafone @ViCustomerCare
