    @ViCustomerCare And I emailed you people all the concerns and even took the pain to visit physical customer care twice in Connaught Place but you guys seem to behave like imperial company of Elizabethian age.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare your tower at Taragtal, Chaukhutiya (Almora,UKD) has failed to provide proper network since 2017-18. No stable 2G/4G, calls & internet barely work 4-5hrs/day Avrg.. Repeated complaints ignored. Fix it urgently or stop charging for unusable service.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, there is a major network issue in Dariapur area,Ahmedabad.All Vi users in our area are getting zero signal indoors.Voice calls are constantly breaking,and the other person cannot hear us.Please look into this and fix the network coverage here immediately.

    @ViCustomerCare My Vi prepaid number has suddenly stopped working in Delhi. The SIM is detected by the phone, but there is no network signal and it shows No Service. I have tested the SIM in another phone as well, with the same issue. Please check and assist urgently. 8561031482
