  My maa has a Vi sim and the service is a joke. I've asked her to change providers so many times but she wants to stick to it. @ViCustomerCare is so far back on the caring for the customer scale it makes me furious!!

Either you are scamming people left right and center or you don't know how your collaborators are working. So unprofessional.   Dear @ViCustomerCare, there is a major network issue in Dariapur area,Ahmedabad.All Vi users in our area are getting zero signal indoors.Voice calls are constantly breaking,and the other person cannot hear us.Please look into this and fix the network coverage here immediately.

  There should be a "refund" option if your service provider is not able to provide network @ViCustomerCare do one thing, just simply warn your customers that you are not able to provide network in there area kindly switch to another network provider OR JUST GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR
