@ViCustomerCare It is poor service from Vi to visit the store in the era of digitalisation for changes in the current plan. Facing network issue already but not raised as I can manage by WhatsApp call. Better close Vi and start tea stall on road side unauthorised area

One of the worst services provided by the Vi networks @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare. I (including my family members and friends in my locality) have been facing the same issue since a week from now and registered a complaint against this issue, but they just extend the timeline.
