  My @ViCustomerCare sim is blocked. Customer care of VI is harassing me. Yesterday they told me if i convert my sim to postpaid, they will unblock the sim. Today they are asking me to convert two family sim to postpaid. If i don't they won't unblock my sim. Please help @TRAI

  @ViCustomerCare Is it a rocket science to give RCS support for iphone in India? Why are you not offering it to your customers? I am sure you will roll out RCS support when it becomes redundant.

  Last 2 Days VI not able to restore Network . I send request massage many but its useless. Text Massage not able to send. We should Ignore VI after continue use 12 years and join other network which able to provide proper service . @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare I'm using a 5G Mobile have an ₹859 Unlimited 5G recharge active and I'm in a 5G coverage area However I'm still unable to access Unlimited 5G and my usage is being deducted from my regular data quota. Please look into this issue and provide resolution
