I believe in @VodafoneIN @ViCustomerCare more for internet connectivity then @Airtel_Presence as it sucks very very very very very very very very badly .. If you complain I get a standard answer from all depts right till the nodal office

[1] Dear @VodafoneIN @vodafone from last few days was facing network issues. After speaking with cc they ask me to upgrade to VI sim, today i went to Vodafone store and upgraded my old Vodafone Sim to new VI sim after sometime i received a sms that i will be charged 75 Rs...???

Can @VodafoneIN (India's #fastest4Gnetwork certified by @Speedtest)open Vi App on my mobile, open any website, call anyone on data without call drops bad signal or send email with attachment without screen goes to sleep(time is 1 minute).I wonder how did they get certificate

[2] @VodafoneIN @vodafone Without informing me how can u charge 75 Rs for upgrading a Sim card.??? Who ask you to merge with idea if u guys merged then why we should pay 75 Rs for upgrading the sim.???? The problem is yours... You have to upgrade the sim cards for free of cost.

@VodafoneIN i am fed up with you and your team and your services. Last two years recharging phone and getting no network on my numbers. Several complaints and no action. In between was committed that boosters will be installed but nothing installed till today.
