    @ViCustomerCare i just call on help line number 198 they say system updating call after 2 hour. And it's funny thing i call 4 month ago they say me same things they say call after 2 hour.can we complain in government.? because they advertise us as 4G speed internet.@amitbhawani

    @ViCustomerCare The person on call assured me that my issue would be resolved by today. Customer care is not helping, store attendant is not responding to my messages. This is how you help loyal customers. Utterly disappointed. Please someone get in touch to close this @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare i am unable to access my internet from morning to till now. I spent 18 hours without internet. I feel that I do a big mistake after loosing @airtelindia I face lot of internet access problem from starting when I port sim in #vodafoneidea from #Airtel #Trending

    @ViCustomerCare a fraud company. First on network issue, they told to get Sim reissued. When called, they said that it would take 4 hrs. Now saying that process has failed unexpectedly. My number is at risk. And customer care is neither giving resolution, nor connecting to senior
