    Absolutely incompetent service by @ViCustomerCare. A number which has not been activated has been billed and SA at Salt Lake Kolkata tells me a request was put in for my number in April which has NOT been done by me! Because of this my present no. stands disconnected!!

    @ViCustomerCare I have use vi service long time.but now days vi network service is very wrost.6 to 7 time do the complaint customer care number.But all time raise a complaint regardingnetwork.but do not upgrade tower in my area.
