    @ViCustomerCare As per Vi network team temporary issue which has been resolved then may i know why I'm not able to access the internet in particular area only from 6th September? For this issue opened 7 complaint but not got solution on single request.

    Brought new Vi postpaid 3 day’s back still unable to do tele-verification because of network issue. Never thought Vi will provide such a pathetic service. Even changed sim card twice but same issue. Now I understood why Vi is struggling to maintain customers. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare really bad experience with prepaid connection. iMessage doesn’t work with VI prepaid. All other operators works fine. #CustomerExperience #viapp #iMessage
