    @ViCustomerCare @Hungama_Play Within minutes Airtel converted the post paid into prepaid. But this VI is absolute rubbish. Such a pathetic service.

    @ViCustomerCare VI Store took 24 hrs to resolve the Problem, now they are saying to change the segment. Now I just want to say why and what's the reason to Deactivate the Sim? I Want You guys to Activate my number without changing the segment.

    @ViCustomerCare My Vodfaone Number again disabled by Vodafone without any reason . There is no Due but still it is not working, The Vodafone Store is not aware someone . It is no working from Last 2 Days.

    @ViCustomerCare Have some courtesy i have been a loyal customer to your company infact owner has changed but I didn't change me operator from more then 1.5 decade but now I feel you have broken trust and u ppl blaming customer that its in line.

    @ViCustomerCare I am not able to call up anymore... Calls getting dropped after dialing any number. Looking forward for quick resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare Everyone. Be cautious... Dont use vi network.its a hopelessly worst uslesss thirdclass. Its my 20 days experience.12 complaints.but all closed without network improvement. So no one use it.its a bakawas hopeless cheater network

    @ViCustomerCare I raised a complaint regarding network issue in the month of Jan. Till date there is no improvement in the network. This VI merger has spoilt the affected connectivity. Switching to another service provider in a week's time, Goodbye!

    @ViCustomerCare I have responded but makes no sense of giving causes when #Vi doesn’t care to add to infrastructure- just taking rentals with such poor network which fluctuates with time
