  Very pathetic service by @ViCustomerCare my postpaid sim has lost and still it is charging me monthly bills even after blocking the sim. Their customer care executives are also very rude.

  @ViCustomerCare So Collection team calls me to pay my post pay bill which is not in use for almost 6 months every 3-8 times day... And I've been picking up these call and asking them to get my issue sorted out. Simple ask : need eSim.

  @TRAI please take legal action against VI for not providing proper network coverage and also for not solving problems. I raised a complaint about an indoor network problem before a week but still no solution and no customer care asked about. I pay service charges @ViCustomerCare
