  If travelling abroad , never ever buy a @ViCustomerCare pack... it's the most hopeless service provider. Not only does the network service is poor, they bill you beyond the free minutes. Terrible service,disappointed @ViCustomerCare .

  @ViCustomerCare Please clarify if my order is for a new postpaid SIM or MNP—I need a direct answer, not a copy-pasted template. If support can't give a simple yes/no, starting with Vi is already proving useless. Hoping for a real answer. @BSNLCorporate are you available in Delhi NCR?

  @ViCustomerCare Have stayed with Vodafone from 2007 , still showing faith. Still facing normal network and Internet issues in Bangalore ! Pathetic , Airtel and jio works better

  @ViCustomerCare This is extremely disappointing service. You have blocked services without any prior intimation or notification. Neither calls nor messages are working, leaving me completely disconnected. Please look into this issue and restore my services ASAP

  @SidharthKourav @ViCustomerCare is totally fraud, never go with #VI they have worst customer support services and lot of hidden charges in the bill, no good OTT subscription and many more issues which you will come to know once you will use it. I am using VI since last 1 month and tired of it

  @ViCustomerCare If there is no usage from my number, then why was I charged for it? I am not interested in unnecessary subscriptions, auto-renewals, discounts, or promotional offers. I never asked for Vi Movies & TV, and I do not want it. Please permanently deactivate it and
