    @ViCustomerCare I m using Vodafone my number from last more then 15 years and I must say that now Vi is giving pathetic network in India, zero customer service at store, very very disappointed I request to people do not buy Vi network at any cost

    @ViCustomerCare Just cancel my family plan once; I will never get a Vodafone SIM again in my life. It was a mistake on my part to become a Vodafone user.

    Shame on @ViCustomerCare! I was lured from @Airtel_Presence with false promises. After porting, Vi demanded extra IR charges per number, pushing my bill from ₹999+GST to ₹1355+GST for fewer benefits. Complaint closed. Appellate ignored. This is cheating, not business. @TRAI
