    @ViCustomerCare I have raised same issues multiple times. It's sad to see the efforts you people made to address my concern. In June my tickets for Connectivity disruption were closed by saying further enhancement is not possible due to the distance between tower location and mine

    Dear @ViCustomerCare , since 17th Nov I am in Egypt. I am not getting any network. I tried everything . I have taken the 4499 pack . Made several calls to customer care. So far the issue is unresolved. Kindly help.

    @ViCustomerCare If your company is unable to provide good service they why don't you simply indicate to your customers to opt some other operator, I mean why they're keep suffering from such poor connectivity .
