@ViCustomerCare i need a resolution for this immediately, as the sim is crucial for incoming bank communications. I wont spend a single rupee on this unnecessarily as this was an incorrect action from the Customer care. I am ready to provide all details necessary.

@DisneyPlusHS @ViCustomerCare .. hotstar can easily play advertising every time i click to watch the live match.every time the ad ends it faild to play the match which i intend to watch. no such problems when using jio.#INDvsSA ab kyse dekhain??
