@ViCustomerCare Pls check this also, in Sangameshwar 415611.Twice in a week ntwrk is getting shut 4 entire day & no one hr 2 respond 2 complaint,90% customer use vi sim.When we contact 198 dey give solution like we will get back to you after 1week,needless 2 say no any call back.

@ViCustomerCare. I had made a complaint on 15.04 and got reply on 20.04 asking for 5 days to respond. Today gotvreply after me writing to CEO Mr Takkar. They are playing with the sentiments of customer.
