@ViCustomerCare got call from resolution team saying store confirmed they denied service as documents were not shown. This is a lie and bullshit by the store. They denied saying backend not working and then there is NO prorata so come after billing. #cheating #CustomerExperience

@ViCustomerCare I am unable to send SMS from my VI Number. I have also made complaints on app but not solution. I tried calling VI executive but your system doesn't give any option to talk to human and it just revolves around useless IVR. Your service is getting worse day by day.
