    @VodafoneIN @DoT_India ya the resolution provided is tht we won’t be able to do any thing and it will take long time ! It’s not called a resolution, it’s a general statement from the company. Tht you may just copy and paste to every customer of yours.

    @hnmange @keetliwado @VodafoneIN @TRAI @GujaratPolice Last option, do complain in GRAHK SEVA KENDRA and tell them the complain no. One of my friend did for DOCOMO and after his complain Docomo gave him many offers and resolved his issue in very less time.

    @Airtel_Presence it’s been a month since I switched from Vodafone to Airtel with a 499rs plan . Still none of the benefits are activated . When I called today to inquire, your systems were under maintenance and your customer service refused to take Complaints. @TRAI @VodafoneIN
