    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS you give me 4GB of data per day but to use that I need a network that I don't get. And when I call to change my provider you cry and ask not to leave. Give me one good reason to continue as your customer!

    @ViCustomerCare Urgent issue regarding my number 9990282014. Despite multiple requests, my wife was informed at the Vi Store that the number may have been allotted to someone else without notifying me.This number is linked to my banking & important personal accounts.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare. Your phone support says I am allowed to convert my postpaid number to prepaid only after 90 days of service, despite this notice from the Telecom Ministry stating it can happen after 30 days. @DoT_India please take cognisance of this matter.

    Hello VI, I am facing a network issue in my area. VI sim shows *NO SERVICE* in Greater Noida (Pari Chowk). I am unable to receive my calls and messages. Please fix this issue as soon as possible otherwise I have to switch my sim to another network. @ViCustomerCare
