    Vi, why would you stop incoming SMS within 1 day or your expiry date on pre paid? Unless you are really wanting to reduce your customer base. Extremely poor service @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare, your 4G network offers excellent speed, but airtel's4G/5G network is very slow. Please fix your 5G network or switch users to a stable 4G experience. Why are you charging for 5G while providing such poor service, @airtelindia? I'm planning to port my number to Vi

    Disappointed @ViCustomerCare β‚Ή749 + taxes charged as Intl. roaming while I was in Sikkim (India). Last month's bill had similar charges too, which I unknowingly paid. Complaint raised, but bill is due in 3 days while resolution is in 5. A loyal customer for 15+yrs DM me for dtls

    @ViCustomerCare No, I'll not delete as when I referenced this to your customer care and raised the same complaint, my complaint was closed marking we have checked and network is excellent... which clearly means you don't have trust in your customers. Now fix it or loose customer
