    Switch to @ViCustomerCare ; their service is much better than @Airtel_Presence and @JioCare across India - Iโ€™ve noticed this myself after using #vodafoneidea . Also, Vi's recharge plans are affordable, and the service is excellent. Put an end to this Airtel-Jio duopoly. #airtel

    @ViCustomerCare Also please change the script for the customer care persons Many people don't use chrome now so there is no need and no benifits of clearing cache of chrome or resetting the APN Noone change APN and that's not a solution Just saying it many times impolitely doesn't change it

    @ViCustomerCare Why has Vi suddenly blocked incoming SMS/OTP while roaming abroad and started asking for 118? Your website says incoming SMS on International Roaming are free. Why charge customers now for a service that was working until yesterday?

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafone @AdityaBirlaGrp I am still waiting for a resolution to my problem. My postpaid connection is not working since 16th and in return what I get is false commitments and fake promises on mail, on telephone and what not.

    @ViCustomerCare Ya sure I definitely would like to give a try! Arrogant @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia donโ€™t deserve genuine customers who pays! All they want is money while giving no good service. They even arenโ€™t responding to my request for activating FastLane on my number, why to stay then?

    @ViCustomerCare Half the day has passed, we need to leave for other city in evening please assist with nearest store near me from where we can collect the sim. Activation of number is important rather than a complaint for non delivery @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare My number has been ported to VI yesterday. Sim is showing signal but when calling someone, is show NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK I have ejected and reinserted sim, restarted phone, put the sim in slot 1, everything. But showing same problem

    @ViCustomerCare 72+ hours and sim not delivered yet, already the experience is bad even before the sim starting up, customer service just doesn't have the intention of helping, kindly treat as urgent and resolve issue on priority
