    @ViCustomerCare you guys need to shut down. Safe custody Was due to expire on 17 July so extended it on 10th July. Today was informed that safe custody has EXPIRED. Tried to reactivate the nunber. Request Was processed successfully yet number is suspended. You have just lost another RedX customer

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, your network has become incredibly unreliable. Calls keep dropping, internet speed is painfully slow, and connectivity is inconsistent. It's frustrating to pay for a service that barely works. Please fix these issues and improve your network quality. #Vi

    @ViCustomerCare has started functioning like a government department. It feels as though many of its employees believe that whether they provide service or not, their salary will arrive anyway. That’s exactly why people hesitate to join the Vi family.

    @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.
