    @ViCustomerCare i just talked to a guy named suraj in VI NSP, Delhi. I started recording the conversation. And the way he was talking, His behavior, And everything was so rude.. He was just denying to see the mail vi sent them, For changing vi sim from postpaid to prepaid. Worst!

    @ViCustomerCare world's most pathetic service providers. From last 4 days I am calling customer care just to change my plan. They are doing everything but not changing it. Suggesting all the **** but not changing my plan.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI My sim is blocked since 3 days, when I called vi customer center they said that your number is locked in fraud activation. First thing I am using this number from more than 5 years and my KYC is done 2 then how can you block my number under fraud activation

    VI 4g these days is worse than 2g service Pblms: 1. Slow internet speed 2. Worst calling experience 3. Call drop occur many times 4. Many a times u call someone and they don't hear ur voice or vice-versa so u have to hang it up and call again Plz do @ViCustomerCare something

    @ViCustomerCare is the most shameless network provider one can be associated with, first of all they have this stupid policy to stop customer to move their connection from post paid to pre-paid,then they are adamant for you to try their network at lower tarrif, internet is down.

    @BangrooParam @ViCustomerCare Haha their tag line "Happy to help" is a joke.. I also registered complain regarding the same network issue and internet service but time to port...time to say bye to VI 🙏🙏
