    @ViCustomerCare Your recent plans with denomination below Rs.128/- will not be allowed to use outgoing SMS service is unacceptable...to just send an SMS u expect ur customer to recharge with 128 and above ? I think customers will leave Vi soon...I am porting to other network..

    @ViCustomerCare Corona is the 2nd most dangerous thing , Vodafone network still tops the list. Totally drastic and pathetic services and network Speed .😠😠😠😠 For past 2 months I have been waiting and nothing changed , God will surely teach this company a lesson one day😠

    @ViCustomerCare your site inspector came today to check but his visit turned out not so good. The internet still sucks. 20 kbps speed. And he said the tower in just next building belongs to vi only. I don't know what's happening but internet is worst now. Do something asap!

    @ViCustomerCare vi is begger, scrap, cheap, poor & shameless who didn't give better service to customers how much customer facing network issues, data upload and download problem etc There no good response give to customer. Are you happy with vi

    @ViCustomerCare Additionally, mr adnan from @ViCustomerCare why don't you ask your company to stop releasing update for your app on such frequent basis and try hiring some learned network engineers to handle your connectivity. Cuz i haven't faced these kinds of issues using @reliancejio .

    @ViCustomerCare I’m unable to receive OTP and when tried raising complaint through Whtsapp it takes me back to VI app and again ask me for OTP. Please help!
