pvv (@PralhadVernekar) reported@ViCustomerCare I was asked to get my sim changed by a support person. At Vi Store Aundh, Pune, I was asked for KYC. Name in VI records is different. Exec told me that KYC can not be done with OLD black and white PAN. If I-Tax dept is ok with Old PAN, what is the issue for VI?

Dharmendra Kumar (@dharamhbtik) reported@ViCustomerCare 3/ When I contacted Vi, I was told that IR could only be activated by sending an SMS from the same SIM. Think about that for a moment. No network โ No SMS. No SMS โ No IR. No IR โ Still no network. A perfect catch-22.

Dharmendra Kumar (@dharamhbtik) reported@ViCustomerCare after activating IR Services for which you charge extra 149+18% GST I am not able to use the numbers, no service still coming, you dumb agent did troubleshooting and raised ticket and resolution time is 7 August. I have to pay TDS by tomorrow if I fail wll u pay?
