  @ViCustomerCare Just now Vi social media team connected with me to discuss the issue and ordering to pay the pending postpaid amount. They are saying that Vi team is big network and can't track the person who asked to convert to postpaid. It's unacceptable from Vi network team

  Hi @ViCustomerCare @ViIndia, I am facing a complete network outage in dakshin Dinajpur 733121 West Bengal. I have no signal and am unable to make calls or use data. This is extremely frustrating as it's affecting my work. Please look into this urgently and provide a resolution.

  Hey @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare what the hell is going on? 3 days now and my phone is basically useless. It's stuck on a 2G EDGE network in Ahmedabad I use it for work, I’ve already missed stuff because of this I'm paying for 5G and getting this **** I'm changing my network

  I have been suffering from a low quality network issue of @ViCustomerCare from last week. I am doing my important work and their network is starting to lag and break. Please fix this issue, or shut down this scheme if you can't provide proper service! (Plan 398Rs, 4G unlimited)
