    @ViCustomerCare Completely unacceptable service. Suspended my active postpaid number without proper clarification and kept delaying resolution even after store visits and verification. Because of this unprofessional handling, Iโ€™m now planning to port to Jio or Airtel.

    @ViCustomerCare Why it is required to call me 5 times a day. Just send a person to deliver the SIM at my location. Is that solution not going through ??? Instead of calling me, your company can activate the SIM in the past 4 days . But you choosing to not to do that.

    @ViCustomerCare Urgent issue regarding my number 9990282014. Despite multiple requests, my wife was informed at the Vi Store that the number may have been allotted to someone else without notifying me.This number is linked to my banking & important personal accounts.

    @ViCustomerCare Sir, I would like to inform you that the network and internet issue with my corporate Vi SIM is still unresolved even after raising the concern earlier. Due to continuous call drops and poor internet connectivity, my field work and communication are getting affected regularly.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia The app doesnโ€™t work, customer care keeps redirecting, and the store staff are not helping. This is extremely frustrating and unfair. My number is already barred because of this delay from your side. Please resolve this immediately.
