    Hey @ViCustomerCare Why most of the time calling 198, 199 customer care is disabled on my number? Can you solve your Error 0, which is not letting me send SMS (SMS Center is right)? DON'T ASK THE SAME DETAILS OF MINE VIA DM, which you have got 100+ times. @DoT_India @TRAI
