    @ViCustomerCare VILPower has the most unsupportive and non responsive support that I have ever seen. I am running behind them from the last 4 days to just get a damn header registered for OTP SMS. They are rejecting for all invalid reasons. Complete harassment game.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare you said ownership cant be transferred if there's no blood relation .. however, the person, your Vodafone store executive, who advised me to "send any of your friend in mumbai to take your number so that it is blocked and not available to anybidy else, you can change the ownership from her later" - as a method to keep my 12 yrs old number with myself, after one unnecessary and non-notified deactivation, WAS WRONG ? WHY YOUR EXECUTIVES ARE NOT PROPERLY TRAINED ? WHY YOU ARE SAYING DIFFERENT FROM WHAT HE ADVISED ? WHY WILL A LOYAL 14YR OLD CUSTOMER SUFFER DUE TO YOUR EMPLOYEES MISGUIDANCE ?

    @ViCustomerCare Worst network work in the world. It was good that there was such a network on the way to wipe out India. The way it has reached the bottom of the stock market has been good. Faltu network I feel good and can't use 4 months money. Airtel Jio is much better than this. Let Gandu'sเฅค

    @NetworkVi @akshayamoondra @ViCustomerCare "Itโ€™s a complete fraud! Promised 5G, but it doesn't even connect. Now, I'm stuck with 4G, and that too has zero internet speed. Paying full money for no service is pure harassment. Stop cheating customers and fix this connectivity mess.

    @ViCustomerCare and you are asking me to go to a Vi centre to fix this and do re verification really. I have never seen any network doing this even after having plans in active who gave you the rights to disconnect my calling this is terrible. No wonder you are losing customer.
