    Confused with @ViCustomerCare roaming service. I paid for an IR roaming pack but still got charged for calls, despite not having used it because the signal was so bad (I ended up getting a local sim). I asked for breakdown of calls but got some gyaan and spoke to bots. +

    My maa has a Vi sim and the service is a joke. I've asked her to change providers so many times but she wants to stick to it. @ViCustomerCare is so far back on the caring for the customer scale it makes me furious!!

    @ViCustomerCare is doing a total fraud!! I recharged with โ‚น95 plan and I was promised to get 4 gb internet with this plan but guess what I received no internet with the plan!!! Never ever go for this fraud network!!! Worst sim ever!!

    @ViCustomerCare Every reply asks me to DM. Every DM feels like it disappears into a black hole. At some point, customers stop asking for support and start looking for another provider. #Vi #CustomerExperience
