    @TheSanjivKapoor @ViCustomerCare Absolute PATHETIC service by @ViCustomerCare they have complete apathy for their customers, same story 10 years of usage on their top postpaid plans and no customer care for any challenges, lacks proper coverage and false promises.

    @ViCustomerCare My wife is stranded in the middle of nowhere while on IRoaming bcs Vi disconnected service suddenly just because she needed to pay another 6k after paying similar amount a week before 2 her postpaid. why don't you ask us to get prepaid instead of making out life miserable.

    @_swanand @ViCustomerCare International roaming is pathetic with vodafone. They will just disconnects the service WITH OUT ANY NOTICE. IF YOU WANT TO MAKE AN EMERGENCY CALL, CANNOT!! Then they ask you to pay some amount they feel like. Just like prepaid connection. Can't even port while overseas #TRAPPED

    @ViCustomerCare Dear Team, please help resolve the issue. My Vodafone number which was upgraded to Postpaid today is still not activated. Now neither the prepaid works nor the postpaid. Tried calling the customer care for multiple times. CAF Number :MON451803985428
