    @ViCustomerCare Unable to see all services in payments section since many days. I always pay my credit card bill and other bills through VI - please get this fixed asap Really bad experience, been waiting since a week

    Very disappointing experience with Vi. The Store guys keep pushing postpaid when customers come for porting, instead of respecting what the customer wants. I also ordered a SIM online on 3rd July and still have no update. Is this how customer service works? @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @pib_comm @CMOMaharashtra Gavan Pada, Chembur-74 has been without a Vi network since 7:00 AM. Thousands of users are unable to make calls, use mobile data, or receive OTPs. This is unacceptable. Restore the network immediately and provide an official update.

    @ViCustomerCare Your customer care just told me "we can't help" for a WRONG plan activation. Your app showed ₹199 = 1GB/day + 2GB/28days. I paid for it. You activated different plan. It's YOUR VI App mistake, so why do I have to bear the loss? Why is customer paying for Vi's
