    @ViCustomerCare the best network to my location @airtelindia . Vodafone totally zero satisfaction network issue customer care and billing issue am change to all numbers Airtel If there is a substandard network it is Vodafone and Idea.

    @ViCustomerCare Gautam, who works at Customer Care in Chennai, is working as a manager. I had a request through you to take action against him but no action was taken. So the case is being prosecuted in the Consumer Grievance Judgment Court.

    @ViCustomerCare @I went to the customer care center to file a complaint regarding the network in my area Customer Care Chandrika not only spoke wrongly but also refused to respond I request Vodafone management to take immediate action.

    @VodafoneIN almost 25days I have been complaining for mobile data for numbe 9843224004.... Yet to get sane reply nor was the issue corrected.... I don't know if it was considered at all... I think mobile portability would be the only solution

    @VodafoneIN As per your msgs which mentioned that my mobile data issue would be resolved by today for which I have been complaining from March 24th 2020... My bill date is approaching.... Most probably u will ask me pay the bill to resolve the issue again like last three months.

    @ViCustomerCare Most hopeless post paid service providers. No resolution for complaints regarding my incorrect name on the Vi app and otherwise. Replaced my official name to a name of their vhoice.Terrible personal experience. Do not go for this IRRESPONSIBLE Vi Mobile.

    @ViCustomerCare I have sent you more than twenty five emails in last one and half months, but there has been no rectification. Called on 199 etc, visited Vi store twice. No resolution. Most hopeless service

    @ViCustomerCare I’ve been facing network problems with my Vi SIM for the last 2 days. Sometimes there is no signal at all, and I’m unable to make calls or use the internet. In some places, the signal shows full bars, but the mobile data still does not work.
