    @ViCustomerCare Weak 4g network indoor coverage. Guys don't purchase Vi. They will just register complain and nothing will happen. I am facing this issue from past 6 months.

    @ViCustomerCare vi is the WORST network provider, you can’t use internet even in areas like south Delhi also it’s not easy to get to customer care even if you get to talk to them they just say the problem is in your phone and I have 3 phones in my home on Vi. Not the fastest.

    @ViCustomerCare I jsst talked to your customer care two times, after calling them say me vanakkam and start saying something in kannada or whatever language and when i ask them can you speak in English or Hindi they cut the call, happened twice with me shame

    @ViCustomerCare I can guess the update, your engineer will tell that the site is fully optimised and no further improvement possible. This is what i am listening from past 6 months. @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare need to focus on network coverage and not on offer. Improve your service.
