@ViCustomerCare it's really worst after paying full payment. Customer care executive Kiran at Kharghar branch ask waiting for 25 minutes. Don't know why. Payments updates provided realtime. vi please look into this.

@ViCustomerCare 9845174512. 08.00 a.m. have complained multiple times to customer representatives. but issue, still unresolved. sim is not being recognised. signed for overseas roaming pack - got it deactivated this morning. ur people are saying yes but on app its showing active.

@ViCustomerCare pathetic service! Been waiting for new SIM activation for more than 24 hrs, while old sim was deactivated within 20 minutes. Customer care has no response except please wait for some more time! @airtelindia seems like the only option now.

@reliancejio shame on you! You're unlimited 64kbps data is useless.. even not a Google page is loading in that 128kbps was better to surf in past, i think I have to leave jio after 6 years.. just getting downgrade in service and network @ViCustomerCare is atleast perfect network
