    @ViCustomerCare Pooja your revert does not help me. You assured me 2 days ago that i wouldnt get calls from yoir collections team. Yet 15 mins after we spoke today im getting these calls... I dont care what you do i want all calls to stop asap.

    @ViCustomerCare Update - Ported to @Airtel_Presence after failing to get a solution for the prevailing issue. Perhaps it's my location where your network has limited data connectivity. Regardless, thank you so much for the service you had offered, was your customer for around a decade.

    @ViCustomerCare I have never faced such worst service from this vodafone.i just want to throw this sim away.your representative kalpana told me to recharge for 129 to send sms to my bank account.even after recharging my sms is not going.

    @Trai @ViCustomerCare these people are basically looting poor people's money. To simply send an SMS to my bank I have to recharge for 129rs. And then also my work is not done. You representatives are so irresponsible,they can't even say the right amount also..so frustrated
