    @ViCustomerCare Have checked. You mean the issue regarding network coverage has been resolved?? But I did not get any improvement. Not able to call, not able to use mobile data at my location. There is no signals or sometimes 1 bar. Is this your resolution?

    Dear @ViCustomerCare,You can sell new SIMs online with digital KYC, but can’t issue an eSIM to a genuine overseas customer with a dead SIM. Instead, you ask us to fly back to India or force a family member onto a 4-month postpay plan just to keep the number. 💩 customer service.

    @ViCustomerCare 199 is active till 17th. IVR say recharge of 365 is valid till 17th. Still SMS sending fails. Checked sms center etc, but didn't helped. This is to much frustrating. Way poor service. #worstService #Vi #frustrating

    Dear @ViCustomerCare , My father, who was the account holder of our family postpaid numbers, has recently passed away. Due to this sudden crisis, we couldn't pay the 2 months' bill and are facing severe financial distress. Customer service is threatening to disconnect all numbers. We want to clear the dues and transfer the ownership, but we need emotional and financial breathing room. Please help us temporarily freeze outgoing charges and clear dues without disconnecting our lines.

    @ViCustomerCare No, I'll not delete as when I referenced this to your customer care and raised the same complaint, my complaint was closed marking we have checked and network is excellent... which clearly means you don't have trust in your customers. Now fix it or loose customer

    @ViCustomerCare Have been wrongly charged for international roaming service suddenly this month which i have neither activated nor used. It has now been deactivated but the refund has not been processed. Please help.
