    @ViCustomerCare for the last 2 days the connectivity is very poor , signal drop, voice distortion, difficult to make or receive calls..am a long term customer but with such poor performance possibly time to think of porting to another service. pl confirm if this GTG sorted out?

    @ViCustomerCare I'm having issue with my VI number as I'm unable to send any sms from it....it gives an error 38 once i try to message someone although incoming message service is working fine.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It seems I have to definitely try as @ViCustomerCare executive called me today but she wasn't having any info regarding the case & then she was supposed to call me back after 30 mins post understanding the issue but as usual your company can't stand on commitments.
