    @ViCustomerCare If payment are not made on time u keeping calling & frustrate ur customer,but y don’t you call when u update ur SIM card & ask ur customer to update their SIM card too. I have DM my queries too..

    Dear @ViCustomerCare having an issue of internet speed on my no. and I have made 5 cmplnts...always my cmplnt is closed without any solution and revert..plz cnfrm if u can’t provide gud services...we have many other options where we can have gud services and a proper support also

    @ViCustomerCare You just try to fool the innocent people. Consumer consumes less data but you show it more than actually consumed, inspite of worst ever internet speed. Why? ?

    @ViCustomerCare @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia no one cares be it Vodafone Idea & Airtel. Present operator disconnected my phone and past operate did not bother to update final outstanding of only Rs 98.99. Now what customer is suffering with outgoing calls barred. Thank you both

    When I use @ViCustomerCare network usually i thinks am i in 2010 or 2021 in networking era. Worst connection, worst network, company will surely bankrupt. @DoT_India @rsprasad I request telecom department to kik such bakvas company out of India. #vodafone #Vinetwork
