@ViCustomerCare changed my number to postpaid on 23rd Nov, my outgoing is still not working. 3 times went to your store, 4 times called customercare. Only answer i get is request is now raised.. someone will call within 24 hours for verification. But it's never done.

@ViCustomerCare Wow you guys automatically activate VAS and say we did not activate without user consent. user did not do anything you still activate everything you want. This is the good way earn the money. Thanks for making me fool. Now I have to port to other providers. #worst
