@ViCustomerCare That's Unacceptable,stop sending these kind of messages. How can you deduct the amount ? In past also Ambiguous messages and deduction in name of service activation happened. Consider this as an escalation and it do not motivates me to continue your services.

@ViCustomerCare when you can’t charge us for caller tunes or games you stop the mobile service and give us network problems which shows as no service on the mobile. Is this even allowed? @TRAI any support for harassed customers or should we approach the consumer court?

Worse telecom service by @ViCustomerCare. It’s been more than 20 days now and they haven’t resolved the incoming call & sms issue on my number. I’m not even getting any support from Vodafone store. @ViVodaidea
