@ViCustomerCare Yesterday, 49 was deducted for some random service "mydala". Then today callertune got activated and 99 deducted. I never activated any such services. How can you deduct money from my prepaid account without my consent ? Please clarify how these got activated.

Neither the customer care nor the executive who collected the documents are giving a proper timeline...Really pathetic service
