    @ViCustomerCare not able to send text messages on my number. Receiving messages only! Tried changing SMSC number also. Calling your customer care is useless and waste of time.

    @ViCustomerCare The issue is still not resolved. The connection came back at both my number around 4.30pm and now again no network. This issue is still very much open. Please fix it properly before marking it is close. Bring the network asap and help on this @DoT_India @rsprasad
