    @VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone, am very disappointed with your service. I ported my number back to JIO due to ur bad customer service, even aftr that am still facing issue with Vodafone, my security Deposit amount of Rs 3500/- is pending with Vodafone since 6 months, it’s almost 2020!

    @ViCustomerCare You guys dont have proper coverage & when raised porting request. Your retention manager speaks & blames the mobile. Even after holding an iPhone he still blames handset & after sometime he does not even inform the customer & hangs the calls & leaves rudely. Your end is very near

    The only 5G I see on @ViCustomerCare is the sign on the network 🛜 bar. Rest it's 1G International Roaming is a Scam, the network is so bad I can't even call customer care to complain.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Your company is very good at reminders about paying the monthly bills other then that Your Network Sucks Your Customer Sucks. And You Don't Have A Customer Service Number To Call and Lodge A Complaint. That really SUCKS

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare The VI social media team requested me to stay with them. They guaranteed that the network issue will be resolved by 6 PM on June 10. Now I understand why customers are switching to other networks.
