    @VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone, am very disappointed with your service. I ported my number back to JIO due to ur bad customer service, even aftr that am still facing issue with Vodafone, my security Deposit amount of Rs 3500/- is pending with Vodafone since 6 months, it’s almost 2020!

    I haven't experienced good Vi 5G speed anywhere since I switched to 5G handset even after several complaints on Vi app & customer care. @ViCustomerCare Resolutions of customer care was just unworthy. @TRAI I think it's time to switch new one.

    @ViCustomerCare It is poor service from Vi to visit the store in the era of digitalisation for changes in the current plan. Facing network issue already but not raised as I can manage by WhatsApp call. Better close Vi and start tea stall on road side unauthorised area
