    @JioCare At my current location(Village Bairagna Dhandari Pauri, Pauri garhwal UK 24601) the internet signal and the speed is very slow..Even Indoor connectivity problem. Pls solve the issue ASAP @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI @VodafoneIN @Idea both same prblm with ur network also.

    @ViCustomerCare It’s not only the network but nothing is good in VI, from postpaid plans to customer care services , everything is worst . Check my emails and messages and chat history you will come to know about my frustration

    @aditiraval @ViCustomerCare Ok . Using jio and airtel both. Airtel is worst for international roaming. And customer support is even worse in airtel

    @ViCustomerCare Clearly you don’t understand. Do you mind removing charges from my bill then? Why am i paying Vi? Not having a timeline means there’s no clear action or a way to resolve the issue in the near future. Do you expect me to stick with the network? Swap places and then imagine.

    @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago pls note that there’s been a recurring bill as per the plan chosen for about 800 rupees that i’m paying Vi and have not been getting desired network beyond 1 or 2 bars, let alone 5G. #SRKonVi

    @ViCustomerCare Recently I have ordered a new sim which was about to deliver door step but they denied to do so. And when I contacted to customer care they said to wait till tommorow and same answer I got for 3 days continuously at last I cancelled the order. #vi
