    @VodafoneIN I have been ur customer since 2017. Ur support system is becoming weak. I have my talktime balance issues. I have called on 198 & 199 also bt i am unable to complain & talk with ur customer care. I am very disappointed about it. Solve my problem ASAP. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Dear VI Team, Today I received my postpaid bill, I checked the bill and found that you have added a value added service charge of Rs.6 and Miscellaneous charges(Amazon Prime Subscription) of Rs. 1270.33.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, we have worked on your complaint no. MUM-V00932560467. We will set up a new network tower in your area shortly, in our efforts to improve your Network experience. Still do not see any improvement. Literally my Vi Sim says " Not registered on Network"

    Dear @ViCustomerCare Today India is moving towards 5G network, but even today there are some rural areas where there is no connectivity of idea till now, I come under the same village, so I request you that Please do not limit the idea to the city only, but also to the village.

    I am having network issues since a long time with Vi now and its getting worse everyday. Now that i wish to port my number to another network it requires a minimum of ₹129 to send that message. That's so not fair. Please help me port the sim without any charges. @ViCustomerCare
