    @VodafoneIN I have been ur customer since 2017. Ur support system is becoming weak. I have my talktime balance issues. I have called on 198 & 199 also bt i am unable to complain & talk with ur customer care. I am very disappointed about it. Solve my problem ASAP. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare The person at the store told me to take the prepaid SIM and do the FRC through the Vi App. Now the customer care person is telling me that FRC can only be done through store. Airtel & Jio both have better, seamless processes than this. Now, another trip to the store. Nonsense.

    @ViCustomerCare Again there is no network in entire city from 4 pm today... This is the third time in 24 hours there is no completely no network in entire city. Pincode-787059. Solve this issue or everyone will leave vi this is the reason vi is loosing customer in every month.

    @ViCustomerCare you scammed Rs 22 for Fun Portal that I never subscribed. Why would anyone subscribe these kind of services that no one heard of. Stop stealing our money. This is not how you should treat your customer of 13 years. Refund the money ASAP.

    Hi @ViCustomerCare , pathetic service I did an recharge from VI App, money got deducted but recharge is not credited, no option to complaint on VIAPP as well & customer executive not replying. #vodafoneidea

    @ViCustomerCare since last 2 month I switch to vi family plan... What a great network you guys are having where my every call get dropped... 🤷 Tried to port out but its not allowing as 3 month not completed. Do something...
