    @VodafoneIN I have been ur customer since 2017. Ur support system is becoming weak. I have my talktime balance issues. I have called on 198 & 199 also bt i am unable to complain & talk with ur customer care. I am very disappointed about it. Solve my problem ASAP. @ViCustomerCare

    I rarely use phone sms services but when I use it it's generally for important stuff..like deactivating card services or request but nowadays can't even use one sms of @ViCustomerCare ? even after recharge of 10 unable to use...why so much greed?? pathetic service. @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Why you doesn't provide caller tune free of cost. I think that's your company is going down fall. @AdityaBirlaGrp @VodafoneGroup . In India other operation provide the free of cost

    @ViCustomerCare Mr Anish, iam unable to download whatsapp messages, Facebook, twitter, & unable to access YouTube, I think @KMBirla & your Network department @CTO both are unable to resolve customer's issue, simply neglecting customer complaints. I think I have to portout all our VI connections.

    @ViCustomerCare I have ported my no today into airtel thnx for all ur support I was using this no. from 7 to 8 years in vodafone but due to ur wrost network I switched to aitel now.. plz don't call me for any of ur offers

    @ViCustomerCare It's been over 24hours & my complaint is not resolved also 4days from the time I have purchased the sim card, number is still not active.. I'm self isolating myself and my family is tested Covid positive on Saturday. Can the number be activated please ? 🙏😭

    @p4prapti Very true, i too thinking to port however due to WiFi calling i have continued it else could have ported out. Abhi bhi oxygen pe hai vi. Worst network and networking team. Never resolve the issue or may not interested @ViCustomerCare
