@VodafoneIN I have been ur customer since 2017. Ur support system is becoming weak. I have my talktime balance issues. I have called on 198 & 199 also bt i am unable to complain & talk with ur customer care. I am very disappointed about it. Solve my problem ASAP. @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare I only appealed for caller tune service. Didn't do any unnecessary service. Still the balance was deducted from my main balance. Really hard to deal with.

@TRAI @ViCustomerCare see new of making fraud with customers as thought to get this issue closed for once’s got a call from their customer support that in special case I have to pay Rs550 Only paid the amount, now my number is not active, even message appears it does not exists?
