    @VodafoneIN I have been ur customer since 2017. Ur support system is becoming weak. I have my talktime balance issues. I have called on 198 & 199 also bt i am unable to complain & talk with ur customer care. I am very disappointed about it. Solve my problem ASAP. @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare raised issue for poor internet coverage however it's closed by ur team without any response. I suggest u to work on ground level instead of showing urself no.1 on poster and tv ads. Ground reality is ur network id worst here on the prime location.

    @ViCustomerCare It was my mistake to choose vi. I'll definitely change my network provider. No reason to stay in this pathetic service.

    @ViCustomerCare What a pathetic service I'm getting. After changing to prepaid and paying for recharge I don't have balance Not being able to call customer care also. Can't receive any calls. Anyone replying here only also.

    @VodafoneIN , your network working so worst nowadays. Really network is not coming in home in Andheri east. Now I'm feeling to change the provider because it's working bad from last few months.

    @ViCustomerCare first i m asked to recharge Rupees 128 or more for sending text msg. When i recharge for Rupees 129 the amout gets deducted but recharge not processed and now the customer care 199 is dead. Isn't it enough to port? My no. is 7563006466 #bewareofVI #stopcheating

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare sir i have a serious issue regarding internet speed. In my area internet speed is too slow it was just like i am using 2g internet. I complaint in customer care multiple times you can check there.

    @PipeDream_101 @ViCustomerCare I complained about some data related issue , about 8-9 months ago and it isn't fixed till now . They just lie everytime that have fixed the issue but in reality they haven't .
