    @ViCustomerCare There is very poor network & Poor Internet from 3 Days at Location- Pathri, Dist - Parbhani, Maharashtra. Please provide 4G speed internet as I have to attend Online Classes. Please resolve asap.

    @Abhilas17622660 @AdityaD_Shah @ViCustomerCare Thats what i said, he never shifted network nor changed number for doing so, all the different names are the name evolution of same company who was takenover by different parties over the years, finally it has been evolved to Vodafone Idea we know today, initially it was maxtouch

    @ViCustomerCare i have vi hero pack 479 prepaid recharge but that 12 to 6am free internet not working and my pack and Saturday Sunday internet got exhausted during 12am to 6am what is happening. I need my exhausted internet u are responsible

    @ViCustomerCare doesn't care about someone's urgency. My problem is not being solved from the last few months and I'm asking for port details, they're not providing those, #vodafoneidea replies with this- 'we don't want to lose you.' But now i don't want to stay with you.

    @AdityaD_Shah Last 12 years Vi India but recently I port my sim card into Jio because of Vi poor customer service and network problem @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Never opt for Vodafone idea.. they are fooling customers .. you will always regret by choosing VI.. customer care services are also pathetic.. and call drop and network issues are most frustrating

    @AdityaD_Shah Mine is not listed. It was all started with CelForce in 2000 which was turned out to be Hutch and today’s @ViCustomerCare. It’s been 23 years now and I never got an opportunity to speak customer care. Fantastic Service and Mobile Provider.🤞
