  @ViCustomerCare - You have one of the most incompetent and customer insensitive call center. No wonder customers are fleeing and VI is in such a financially bad state. U can't even keep track of complaints and be honest with resolution!

  @ViCustomerCare I got a call from your executive Tanvir Khan. I explained him the issue in 40 sec and he kept me on hold for more then 5 mins. After that he said that the co will investigate and get back to you shortly. Is this the kind of service standards set by you @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare As someone who has continued to use Vodafone for many years, I'd like to know why does d network always go down in recent days. I couldn't call or use d internet for more than 7 hours. No proper response from the support as well. Maybe it's time for @airtelindia?
