    @ViCustomerCare When will issue resolved? You have misguided the customer. To bad network of vodafone , will not recomend to anyone to use vodafone services.

    Absolutely sick of this. @ViCustomerCare , my SIM is basically a useless piece of plastic right now. I can’t make calls, I can’t receive calls, and the internet is completely dead. I am totally cut off. Why am I even paying for this "service"? Fix this ASAP! 😡 #ViDown

    @ViCustomerCare You have asked same repeatedly questions. 1. Since when ? Ans. Network problem happens any time any day. 2. Location? Ans. Refer previously given. Note: this is not only location specific or since how long. This is matter of continuing the good network services. @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare I kindly request you to deliver my SIM today itself. I've already been waiting for 8 days, and repeated assurances of "delivery today" have not been fulfilled. Please resolve this issue on priority and ensure the SIM is delivered today without any further delay.

    @ViCustomerCare Vi is just proving again that a lot of unworthy people are sitting to contact customer and waste their time. Who in the world is training then? I suppose Ai does the job better than this. No wonder..
