    @ViCustomerCare My 12 yr old post paid number sim got corrupted. Its been over 26 hours but the replacement sim isn't activated inspite of biometric verification because the support guy messed up in sim no. No help from anyone else. What a terrible cust care system!!

    Vodafone dont have solution on Network from past 2 month, as confirmed by engineer they cant do anything for this issue right now. Got solution to use WiFI calling. Then why i have to pay PostPaid Bill for services. I need an answer for this query ! @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare, your sneaky tactics just cost you a customer. I thought I'd claimed a free 6-month Amazon Prime subscription, but my postpaid bill showed a charge of ₹1499. When I reached out for clarification, your customer care said it's a one-year subscription and not free.
