  @ViCustomerCare I am a loyal customer since 2002. I had 4 postpaid connections. Got irritated due to poor service & changed all the numbers to prepaid. Trouble started all the more after prepaid as the app in not allowing me to re charge. My pack is valid till tomorrow. Pls help
