    @ViCustomerCare Whats the point in sharing my number with you, I hv clearly mentioned the area pincode asked your engineer to check the network speed in that area and resolve the issue what special assistance are you going to give me since the problem is not with my number but in mentioned area.

    @ViCustomerCare is the worst SIM I’ve ever used. Paid ₹1048 for “unlimited” data network was fine before recharge, but disappeared right after. Even in the city, zero signal & no internet. Support was rude. Switched to @reliancejio / @airtelindia . Feels like a total scam.

    @JioCare I am not Waiting for your sim ...i am criticizing you and For such shameful customer service that more than 140 hours have passed and no Sim delivery has been done yet.. @ViCustomerCare has delivered me sim and it is going tonbe activated tonight...

    @ViCustomerCare I am unable to pay the postpaid bill because the OTP is going to the SIM, which is not accessible as it is inside my CCTV camera. If the OTP goes to my registered email ID, then I am able to pay the bill. In the past, sometimes the option to write down the email ID also comes along with the mobile number. Sometimes it doesn’t leading to delay.

I demand immediate action and proper resolution, or I will escalate this matter to the Consumer Court. #CustomerServiceFail #Vodafone

    What a ridiculous way to resolve customer complaints by @airtelindia 1. Customer registers complaint in app 2. Airtel assigns target date 3. Airtel closes complaint on target date. The ridiculous part is “resolution” is missing in this process. @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare
