The most useless network has to be that of @ViCustomerCare ! Been getting no signal at all for 10 days now.. despite several complaints! Absolutely pathetic service! Porting today itself to a diff network!

@ViCustomerCare Your customer care, particularly in UP east is so pathetic, even worse than the network you provide. Do you know my organisation NTPC has switched over from VI to Airtel long back.

@ViCustomerCare FRAUD PORT BY VODAFONE IDEA. Please be mindful, you may get contacted by VI to port into their service provider. They will give details of exclusive plans, once the port is complete, their number will be deactivated and the VI team will never attend.

@ViCustomerCare No internet and no network until physical verification is complete. FYI no person has contacted me for the same. They tell me that my services will be disconnected till 24th dec. want to understand who was the executive who visited my residence
