    TARRIF FOR THE FAMILY PLAN FOR 2 NO.AFTER DISCUSSIONS WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE I HAD PAID THE FULL BILL,ONE SIM WAS NEVER ACTIVATED THEN AGAIN APPLIED FOR A NEW NUMBER AND ADDED THE NEW NUMBER TO FAMILY PLAN. NOW THE LATE FEES HAS BEEN CHARGED IN CURRENT BILL.@TRAI @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup @TRAI 100 towers/hour? 72K/month? Also, claim installed 1 lakh in 6 months… Is it True?? Then why no proper 4G in Vadodara-390009? 5G is a joke here. Stop misleading Customers & false claims…..improve actual service. #Vi #PoorNetwork

    Hi @ViCustomerCare @ViIndia, I am facing a complete network outage in dakshin Dinajpur 733121 West Bengal. I have no signal and am unable to make calls or use data. This is extremely frustrating as it's affecting my work. Please look into this urgently and provide a resolution.

    @Ayeshakhaan786 @ViCustomerCare You are getting fake 5g symbol it was actually running 4g but samsung phone sometimes shows 5g icon on 4g network because of this you are getting 5g symbol but your actual data is deducting no unlimited 5g. You can download net monster app and see 5g is showing disconnected
