@ViCustomerCare How can you stop the outgoing SMS without prior information to the customer? Lot of non sense msgs has been sent from ur end daily,but not even a single msg recd abt the changes in the plan. It's highly deficiency in service on ur part and for this reason plan to do MNP.

@ViCustomerCare @BharathRaj_N My current location-845433 Very Very week indoor poor network connectivity issues and network signals fluctuations problems facing anytime.. Network fluctuations krne ke wajhe internet service slow chal raha hai indoor me. Outdoor ke speed Badhiya hai.

@ViCustomerCare Already posted complaint 3 times. But VI is very incompetent when it comes to customer service or 4G speed or network consistency. Rest everything is completely fine.
