@ViCustomerCare You took 4 days to tell me that I have to replace my SIM on Vi Store. This useless information you could have provided on day 1. Now here I have a strict lockdown in my area during weekend. When should will I be able to replace my sim. Pathetic customer support.

@ViCustomerCare from the last few days my outgoing and incoming service is not working. Last month I replaced a new sim card as your store manager suggested and again the issue persist. Your store manager forces me to get postpaid connect then we can start your number.

@ViCustomerCare All these options have already been tried and none of them seems to be working for me! I am the only person here using Vi, so no network and i am paying for nothing, which has started hurting the pocket!! Again, requesting you to please share the UPC code...
