    @ViCustomerCare worst service ever! Can't find an way to port SIM from the ease of home. Sitting in 2021 @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup is still living in 90s. Tell me how to port vodafone 2G to vi 4G w/o visiting nearest vi store? Arrange home delivery like other companies.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare I'm seriously fed up with the services now. Not able to use internet today. Almost wasting (Unused) 4GB per day. Other network is providing seamless, bufferless speeds. Location: Khamla, Nagpur-440025 (Entire pincode has pblm) *No apologies pls 🙏

    @ViCustomerCare Tried contacting you on 199. When it connects to customer care executive it says, नंबर अमान्य आहे! You are deducting my balance without any reason. Not a single VAS is active.

    I have complained for network issue @ViCustomerCare but you are going to ask what's my problem after 3 days ... For next 3days I have to sit without internet also I need to pay for it.... 😡
