    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Blatant scam by Vi. Recharged early to get Netflix add-on (paid extra), but couldn’t activate it. Vi blames a “backend glitch,” gives no fix date, and refused a refund. Complaint closed without resolution Vi blames Netflix. Netflix has nothing to do with it

    No vodafone network since 4 months, yes 4 months! Unable to make or receive any calls. And no jio fibre wifi yet again this month. So basically just stranded. Horrible services @JioCare @ViCustomerCare

    @BandBajaateRaho Because if any pending payment sure Vi telling about. I remember during my port vi to airtel i recharge my number, also some balance. Nothing pending anything. I'm trouble because now my number registered with my documents but which company! @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare ??

    @ViCustomerCare But they are listening to me and saying that the network team is working at your location but there is no improvement in my internet speed. These conversations have been happening with me for the past six months.
