    Vodafone tele callers consistent of inefficient team totally. When asked to connect to service team for issues being faced in network and internet they simply disconnect the call and ghost away. Should be looked into asap @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup

    @ViCustomerCare I have tried multiple times to port my number out and everytime the request is rejected due to a random reason. I don’t want your pathetic service, just process it for gods sake. Frustrated!

    @ViCustomerCare this company only knows how to avoid consumer grievances by not replying them and leaving their issues unresolved, inspite of asking them to activate my Volte service, still no response from their team, see guys, this is the reason they are still behind others.
