    Why you guys are robbing your customers @ViCustomerCare . I just wanted a UPC code and I have sufficient balance. Your cust support saying I have to recharge for Rs.179 just to send 1 SMS. How is it justified to recharge for Rs. 179 just for a SMS. Kindly provide me UPC no.

    @ViCustomerCare Your internet speed is worst among all other operator's in my city Basti, Uttar Pradesh , and your customer support is also pathetic. I'm getting 0.4-10 kbps speed I can't even browser . Facing the issue from last 5-6 days yet no resolution . @ViCustomerCare

    Network and the plan Vi provides is totally trash, Now you have to recharge minimum with ₹179 for Sending a Text message. Their service was already Bad now their New Ideology with new plans is bad too. Atleast Add 10SMS with ₹99 plan. @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @ViCustomerCare Team, I've been facing network issue at my home Bhayandar-East, Thane from 3 months. Raised concern on your customer care but problem remains the same. I've 3 postpaid connections. Solve the issue asap or else I'll have no choice but to look for other operator.

    @ViCustomerCare Team leave 5g trails, Vodafone ping service is the worst there is no reliability when it comes to packets. So first take care of that
