More than 50 complaint done by me to @ViCustomerCare . They don't care to solve. Because they don't have any fear from government. That's why end user like me suffers.

Because of this error, there is no network coverage on this SIM. Now, the store is insisting that the SIM owner must come in person for biometric verification.

VI is providing the worst experience ever than other service providers. Now they will file a complaint and will resolve within 5 days, but no one gets to know what will happen in 5 days.
