    @DoT_India They are not taking any action, take complaint and after some day they closed with same answer every time. More than 50 complaint done by me to @ViCustomerCare . They don't care to solve. Because they don't have any fear from government. That's why end user like me suffers.

    @VodafoneIN @TRAI When I hve called second time they have told service is activated on 19-Nov-2019. So, I want to know how der is a difference tw two person's replies. When I have talked to higher authority dey have told d service is only activated for only 1 day.

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India VI executive called me on 11/11/2021 and promised that VI will solve the network issue within 48 hours.Because I complained from last July 2021. Still network issue not solved.

    @VodafoneIN Vodafone have just cut my balance and when I called customer care one person said me VAT service is activated on 11- Nov -2019 & check it on 155223 no to check it. When I have called it is showing there us no service on this no.

    @reliancejio is only network to bring network to deep villages, bring tariff down, others @Airtel_Presence , @VodafoneIN & @idea_cares never install network to villages, still all these three network is not provide 3G/4G network to my place even 2G is not good @TRAI

    @TRAI Out of our knowledge, the balance is deducted from our @ViCustomerCare 's prepaid No.@MansiSh60494497 under the pretext of VAS CT and the complainant states that "you have activated this service so the deducted balance will not be refunded" it's happening again & again.

    TARRIF FOR THE FAMILY PLAN FOR 2 NO.AFTER DISCUSSIONS WITH THE CUSTOMER CARE I HAD PAID THE FULL BILL,ONE SIM WAS NEVER ACTIVATED THEN AGAIN APPLIED FOR A NEW NUMBER AND ADDED THE NEW NUMBER TO FAMILY PLAN. NOW THE LATE FEES HAS BEEN CHARGED IN CURRENT BILL.@TRAI @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare 72 hours already asked, but no rider assigned yet. Earlier also 10 days wasted with same issue. If rider is not available in my area, clearly confirm. Otherwise assign rider TODAY and deliver. Do not repeat false cancellation.
