    @ViCustomerCare If first recharge has to be done at the store, then why have you not trained your customer service at stores to implement the same? Why did the agent tell me to recharge online after delivering the SIM?

    Dear @ViCustomerCare , I'm trying to port away from you and your customer care calls me and tells me to forward a message that would cancel my request. When asked for the reason, he told me otherwise I won't be able to retain my older number

    @nehanagarr Worst experience with @ViCustomerCare . I get Edge network even after paying 1600₹ PM. They can't deliver even a 4G internet connection speed. Time to deactivate their services
