    @ViCustomerCare @twidpay @ViCustomerCare I was assured the issue will be resolved today by 6 pm, but it has not been resolved now. Today is the last day for bill payment & tomorrow onwards, Vi would add an extra amount as late fees. Unexpected & disappointing service.

    @ViCustomerCare I have repeatedly raised a complaint through vi app but still they haven't resolved my issue and yet they have guts to close my complaint by saying it's resolved. Please look into it. It's very frustrating every now and then network goes away.

    @ViCustomerCare After expiry of my 1year recharge I have recharged 199 for this month due to lack of fund for 1year recharge but after this 199 recharge, my Vodafone sim indicating no service at all but whenever calling from friends no it is telling switch off why
