    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Thanks for upgrading your network in Lucknow (UPE) now I can make wifi calls even when my phone is on airplane mode. Vowifi is working in my area.

    @ViCustomerCare Don't what are you guys up to. Called three time to customer care and no one is able to add 2 more numbers in the family pack. Is it so difficult to that ? With low services now we have to waste our energies into calling them n number of times

    @VodafoneIN Your network is poorest, 4G speed fluctuates and decreases to 3G and E. Very pathetic service. It remained the same after numerous complains. Port to another network is the best option.

    @ViCustomerCare Getting a refund is not the only issue is it. Its not the first time #VodafoneIdea is deducting my balance for some subscription without permission. This is blatant cheating. Unless the customer notices n calls the money is gone. #fraud
