    @ViCustomerCare This is the exact same copy-paste reply I’ve been getting for 2+ months. No resolution, only calls/messages and then silence. Meanwhile, I’m being charged for a service that doesn’t work. Stop the scripted responses. Fix the issue or process a refund immediately.

    @ViCustomerCare I don't have any alternative no. please come at BTS site . It is in north 24 pgs.all users are suffering the network related issue or send your number I will call you tomorrow.

    @ViCustomerCare Main tumlogo ke service se bahut hi pareshan ho chuka hoon. Mere number par na internet chal raha hai aur na hi calls (incoming ya outgoing) properly ho rahi hain. OTP tak receive nahi ho raha, jo ki basic service hai.

    @ViCustomerCare The worst network provider in india. I recently ported to vi which is just waste of money. Multiple tickets raised, visited vi office for 1 month but unfortunately zero results. Terrible service by vi
