    @ViCustomerCare Don't register fake complain. When i asked for complain number, she put my call on hold and later disconnected it. Is this the service provided by @ViCustomerCare .

    @ViCustomerCare I had ported my Airtel number into Vodafone. While porting they given me Vodafone sim. I buy FRC voucher but still I’m not getting 4g experience it frequently diverts to 3g. Then internet goes blank. I called Vi customer care.

    Finally decided to port to Jio from @VodafoneGroup and now they care about the network issues I’ve been having for the last 3 years. Spoke to a customer care exec who tried to convince me to give them another chance because “ma’am you didn’t port for 3 years” @ViCustomerCare
