    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS Whenever Any customer wants to Change his Billing Plans why does your executive miss guides to the Customer. I had a family Plan of 3 connections, but I did one connection Billing to prepaid. Trying to change the plan.

    Ridiculous rules of @ViCustomerCare for DND customers. So basically, if I get a spam call (Truecaller has already identified it as spam), I am supposed to entertain them for sometime, to give #vodafoneidea people one minute content to file a complaint. I get close to 5-6….

    Loyal customers hold on to @ViCustomerCare connections @AdityaBirlaGrp I have never had issues with connectivity etc ever. It is Airtel which screws up in mumbai
