@ViCustomerCare Again request closed without any resolution Hi, we have resolved your network complaint no. MNG-V00921185539. With this, you should not face any further network issues. Just in case you arent happy with our resolution, you can appeal at 198 within 30 days.

To network. Always need to use my BSNL Wi-Fi. Other service providers are ace compared to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Complained loads of time but you can see the support messeges. So only 2-3 days validity left and gonna port to maybe @ViCustomerCare

In a time of #5G, @ViBusinessIndia @ViCustomerCare you guyz can't even solve a small issue that I am not receiving incoming SMS. I have a payment to make but can't because you guyz told me to wait for 7 days and I can't even receive an OTP. Pathetic Service

Despite of many complaints my internet speed is very slow and at the time of 8 pm to 12 am My speed decrease to less than 100kpbs. I wonder why I pay 800+ postpaid bill to you VI? @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Fantastic 5th time, yes my number has been deactivated for 5th time in 10 days since I ported. The 'To Hell with customer' must be the motto of Vodafone Idea.

@ViCustomerCare I wanted to port my BSNL SIM to Vi Prepaid but it was automatically selected postpaid which I also didn't noticed and my SIM order got placed. I don't want that Postpaid SIM and want to cancel my order. I would rather choose the pre-paid SIM

@ViCustomerCare Pls come up with an economic post paid plan (i am a Vi Mumbai customer) and charge for other add on services only if one chooses to use. Its autocratic to have just two plans & thrust them on your customers forcibly just to simplify your lives & earn more revenue

@ViCustomerCare Got a call from customer care executive of Vodafone. She said I need to go to home to collect e-SIM!!! Seems customer support executives doesnt have basic knowledge of problem they are addressing. How can one expect solution!!!
