I further wish to have my re-porting feature activated on my nos. without having to forcefully sticking to @ViCustomerCare for another 3 months & wastefully spending the amount on the generated bills.@TRAI Expecting a satisfactory solution ASAP!

@TRAI kindly take into account the behavior of @ViCustomerCare which continuously pushes the customer to pay the bills and recharges but behaves totally irresponsible when needed for service. Many complains have been lodged for internet speed but in vain.
