@ViCustomerCare my sms service for both incoming and outgoing has been stopped i am not able to receive any sms. I am facing this issue from 2 weeks. Due this issue i am unable to receive my important sms related to my bank accounts.

1st jul i purchased @vodafone postpaid, 3rd of July my services were stopped due to re-verification , and thrice i have answered the verification call and they say verification done sir, still my number is deactivated #worst #Network @ViCustomerCare , shifting to @airtelindia

Activate.. then a person from @ViCustomerCare called and said we will deliver a prepaid sim with the same number to your address in 3 days and she said the request is raised and wanted me to cancel the port request as so I did believing them. But no person or sim came to my 2/n.

Calling and requesting customer service but still no solution to my problem sir/madam. Every time i call the customer service they just register the issue as data speed problem and that's it. This is totally unfair I am not getting proper service from @ViCustomerCare
