I want to port my postpaid number in @airtelindia from @ViCustomerCare. Because I raise many complaints related to network issues but @ViCustomerCare not helping me. I contacted the customer care manager and they also did not resolve my issue within 24 hrs & gave fake commitments

@ViCustomerCare I raised my complaint a month ago, I'm asking each and every time but every time I get this answer. "YOUR COMPLAINT IS FORWARDED TO HIGHER AUTHORITIES".but you are not resolving the issue. Im requesting you finally to send my refund 479/-.please🙏🙏

@ViCustomerCare When i purchased your sim. I purchased with permanent income calling validity. And you changed your policy at any time.. Other things is that you i already mentioned in mail that i already recharged 50rs and please resume service. My mother suffering from hypertension.
