@ViCustomerCare Please do work on your network inTilak Nagar, Purana Daroor, Dhar Vaishno Devi, Ban Ganga, Jammu and Kashmir 182301, Always shows 2G signals here, Jio and Airtel have better coverage here than Vi, I have raised complaint many times but no satisfaction still.

Vodafone Idea sends SMS for 5G, whereas they do not have 5G in Rajasthan, except in Jaipur, their 4G also does not work properly, the internet gets disconnected as soon as a call comes, sometimes UPI payment also fails due to their network. @ViCustomerCare @NPCI_NPCI @DoT_India

@ViCustomerCare I did a sin by taking vi postpaid sim last year, since I took it I faced severe network issues and complaint. and now from 1 year j want to close this sim but not able to why Bcoz your customer care always and always manipulative towards consumer.
