@kartikasthana @ViCustomerCare They aren't going to resolve your issue. Their customer care team will keep you waiting and will keep on transferring your case. Better switch to some other network, I did the same.

@ViCustomerCare And for your information, i am trying to reply you from the moment you replied my tweet, and now only i can revwrt you. Thats shows the poor speed of yoir network. Better to invest in infrastructure to give good data to customers than the foolish advertisement.

@aavishhkar @ViCustomerCare I requested them to deliver 4G sim at home, they refused said visit vi store. Went out yesterday found no vi store in vicinity of 10 kms. Airtel folks came and delivered sim at home for porting porting. Post sales service of Vi is as good as zero
