@ViCustomerCare The network is in a very bad state here. There is a only 1 bar on the tower symbol. Phone call quality is very poor. In name only 4G actually gets 2G Speed. I think I've made a mistake by porting to #vi. PIN-735214, WEST BENGAL

@ViCustomerCare Pathetic service by VI. Before recharge i have confirmed and your executive told me that recharge with 128 & ur previous service validity will also get added however same has not happened. Have complaint today in ur customer care however thy hve disconnected call

@TRAI @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India Company are increasing there tariff day by day Without the proper service. Since last to days i am unable to access internet even calls are dropping. I am not in remote area but still struggling lot. Not sure why we having telecom ministry.
