@ViCustomerCare I know vi network has fastest speed but it is not 4G only . Everytime it keeps switching from 4G to 3G and my internet stops for some time .I have to enable and disable airplane mode,then it switches to 4G .It is not good for gaming due to these issues.

@ViCustomerCare how can a customer can reach out to you when your call centre ppl say they don't have informations, dropped a mail but no ticket received, logged in the website and it says technical problem. Are you guys making fool of us?
