    What a absolute nightmare interacting with @ViCustomerCare. A simple sim replacement request gone wrong. They blocked my current number to issue a new one and can’t get a new one processed until my latest contact details are updated in their system. Been a week now @DoT_India

    @ViCustomerCare Very frustrating experience. Raised multiple complaints related to network coverage,but #VI closed it with fake resolution. Starting from Customer care agent to network team everyone is lying.I called 198 multiple times and raised my issue related to my complaint.

    @ViCustomerCare I am unable to use internet as VI sim always shows "there is no internet connection" though I have 3gb per day data plan which expires on 31st December 2022. I have been informing the same to customer care but they didn't solve it. Mob: 8017072298

    Worst service @ViCustomerCare and your vi center executive are really worst then your service. Doesn't even know to talk to customer. You are making a simple ownership transfer problem to a complicated CBI case. @ViCustomerCare is a 💩

    @ViCustomerCare @reliancejio @airtelindia wanted to check with you is this an industry standard for a blocked SIM to get activated it takes 4 days that to be with a privileged 10+ years of customer. I am currently having VI postpaid premium plan.
