    @VodafoneIN Very bad Vodafone, even after my tweet here nobody has contacted me since 2 days, my security deposit amount pending with Vodafone since 6 months, I have given my contact number many times already.

    @ViCustomerCare I am a VI postpaid user. Lost sim and need a new one but in there is VI store 486661 Pincode (Sidhi District). It has been more than 50 minutes being on call & speaking to VI Customer care. He had no option to help me. Senior isn’t available. Very irritating.

    @TRAI I can’t generate UPC because I don’t have an active SMS pack? What about the main balance in my account? @ViCustomerCare DAYLIGHT ROBBERY, asking your customers to recharge for minimum 99/- so that I can send a port out request, slow claps!

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneIdeaIN you are useless! Cheated me with your incompetence the last 3 days and have not supported a woman who is stranded in a different state without data on the phone. You are losing a 15yr old customer. Go hang!!!

    @Sunil2124 @utsavtechie @ViCustomerCare It has marked in Map, so if you live in 4G Network zone then you use 4G only. If above didn't work chances are your network area does not have 4G coverage.
