  @VodafoneIN Dear Vodafone, am very disappointed with your service. I ported my number back to JIO due to ur bad customer service, even aftr that am still facing issue with Vodafone, my security Deposit amount of Rs 3500/- is pending with Vodafone since 6 months, it’s almost 2020!

  @ViCustomerCare Hi I have been getting spam calls from VI from last 2 months now, i had raised this issue earlier but it seems you guys don't care, i am getting text msgs, whatsapp msgs and 10-15 calls everyday.. Should I take this further and complaint if harrasment by VI??

  Thank you #vi @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS for below average download speed and zero upload speed. After last complaint, internet was working 'okay' for record breaking 10-12 days. Thats an unbelievable feat. Now its back to being ****, but that record though.

  @ViCustomerCare DM is not useful. Need solution. I have again DM my problem. Hope you hire some knowledgeable persons who understands problems and provide solutions in place of asking vi store visit for smallest problem. They answer like a bot and not humans. Useless.

  @ViCustomerCare I would take strict actions and would never recommend your services. The conversations are not carried in the desirable spirit as customers are harassed & hoarded by executives for money and they are not ready to disconnect the services.

  @ViCustomerCare I have dm you. Please provide proper network so that we can call smoothly. If network is not there, don't provide your Sim cards in that area. @TRAI they always say that they are working to provide better network. But not happening. Pls penalise vodaidea
