@r_ganesh @ViCustomerCare I have had similar experience with Airtel. Messages that are clearly promotional (ads for upcoming real estate projects)… my DND complaints get closed saying the SMS was “service in nature”. Repeatedly… Godrej Properties the spammer in my case.
