    @VodafoneIN Has improved their strategy against defamation of their own brand on social media. They’re slowing down the speed of Data/voice which restricts their user to post anything against them Social media.

    @ViCustomerCare My mother's sim card is not visible in the phone. When checked in the local gallery, they said since she hasn't recharged from 1 month the service has been discontinued. If she wants to resume, she'll have to convert prepaid card to postpaid for at least 4mnths.
