PLEASE REFUND/REVERSE MY RECHARGE , BECAUSE IT SEEMS IMPOSSIBLE FIR @VodafoneIN to provide a honest and QUALITIED service now , I am a 13/14 YEAR old user , faced no problem till 2019 October but , now it's out of the patience . PLEASE REFUND MY RECHARGE !!!!

Hi @airtelindia I have been trying to port my number from @VodafoneIN since 22nd of November. But still following up with the local Airtel office for the same. And always get a same reply, that it's under process...!! If your customer service is like this then I have to re think.

@ViCustomerCare I am complaining about network issue from last 20 days. Vi sending messages without even checking with me whether issue is resolved or not. When I send sms for porting number, everyday Vi team is calling to retain but don’t want to resolve issue.

@ViCustomerCare The person at the store told me to take the prepaid SIM and do the FRC through the Vi App. Now the customer care person is telling me that FRC can only be done through store. Airtel & Jio both have better, seamless processes than this. Now, another trip to the store. Nonsense.
