    @VodafoneIN November to March (30x4 ) i.e. 120days are not enough to prove patience ..... But surely it's enough to prove vodafone wrost service providing and nill customer satisfaction ...... NOW THE TIMELY SOLUTIONS IS APPRECIATED IS APPRECIATED ONLY , ELSE A BIG ACTION IS SURELY TAKEN

    @Gyanprakash92 @VodafoneIN Same here once I also face a rude executive . He advised me to port Sim or Change the network. They didn't want more customers this year

    @TRAI my vodafone number which is of delhi currently in roaming in uttrakhand is having 4g internet of 3gb/day but unable to use even 1 mb of it very bad speed the call voice is not clear very much frustrated . @VodafoneIN @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup

    @VodafoneIN Several tym customer care call me and say problem is solve , good speed experience only for 2 days then only super slow 4g net , instead of super speed turbo 4g net (as quoted by customer care executive) 😆😆😆😆😆😆 NEXT TYM SURELY PORTING OUT IF IT CONTINUE TO SLOW NET

    @VodafoneIN I AM BEARING A LOT SINCE NOVEMBER 2019, HOW KUCH MORE TIME YOU WANTED . AFTER YOYR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE CALLED ME AND TOLD THAT 4G TURBO SPEED NETWORK HAS BEEN PROVIDED IN YOUR AREA , SO I RECHARGED FOR 599rs , but no improvement ...... ACTUALLY BSNL is far far better

    @VodafoneIN Team please check I have done RS,36 recharge for 28 days validity but I didn't get any benefit for this recharge and I have called on your customer care executive they guys did not help and behavior is very rude so please process my recharge and restore the services.

    BUT THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE ALWAYS SAYS THAT PROBLEM SOLVED , RECHARGE AGAIN AND TEST . 2) TODAY I HAVE USED ONLY 2.4GB (MAXIMUM , as per #vodafone app deduction and phone usage history) BUT GOT MSG. THAT DATA PACKAGE OVER FOR TODAY , ALSO MY @VodafoneIN app shows it

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Vi Team, I recharged with the ₹209 plan which clearly mentions “Unlimited Caller Tunes for 28 days,” but I’m unable to activate or set any caller tune on my number This is misleading, as the benefit is advertised but not actually usable. Please check the issue

    @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare Every day, once or twice, the network stops working. Even though it shows 4G/5G, it often drops to 2G signal, and this has been happening for quite some time. If you can’t provide proper service, then shut down your network in this area.

    @ViCustomerCare Don't call back asking for issue, keep the recharge amount as charity and buy sweetmeats for snacking as anyway you don't have any work to do except for providing silly reasons for your inefficiency. If someone says something second time, ill go and drown myself in some river.
