    PLEASE REFUND/REVERSE MY RECHARGE , BECAUSE IT SEEMS IMPOSSIBLE FIR @VodafoneIN to provide a honest and QUALITIED service now , I am a 13/14 YEAR old user , faced no problem till 2019 October but , now it's out of the patience . PLEASE REFUND MY RECHARGE !!!!

    @VodafoneIN I AM BEARING A LOT SINCE NOVEMBER 2019, HOW KUCH MORE TIME YOU WANTED . AFTER YOYR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE CALLED ME AND TOLD THAT 4G TURBO SPEED NETWORK HAS BEEN PROVIDED IN YOUR AREA , SO I RECHARGED FOR 599rs , but no improvement ...... ACTUALLY BSNL is far far better

    @VodafoneIN How much time , patience of 6x30 = 180 days is not enough...... When once QUALITY is improved then why facing issues again , else customer care executive shouldn't call me told that network were improved ...... firstly manage the staff and information provided to them

    The @Idea @VodafoneIN networks at it’s worst, despite assurances in last few months that it will improve. To top it up your executives don’t pick up fone expecting a back lash I blv @AdityaBirlaGrp

    @VodafoneIN November to March (30x4 ) i.e. 120days are not enough to prove patience ..... But surely it's enough to prove vodafone wrost service providing and nill customer satisfaction ...... NOW THE TIMELY SOLUTIONS IS APPRECIATED IS APPRECIATED ONLY , ELSE A BIG ACTION IS SURELY TAKEN

    @VodafoneIN Team please check I have done RS,36 recharge for 28 days validity but I didn't get any benefit for this recharge and I have called on your customer care executive they guys did not help and behavior is very rude so please process my recharge and restore the services.

    Hi @airtelindia I have been trying to port my number from @VodafoneIN since 22nd of November. But still following up with the local Airtel office for the same. And always get a same reply, that it's under process...!! If your customer service is like this then I have to re think.

    @VodafoneIN @Idea very unstable network, continuously fluctuates between 4G/3G/E/GPRS/NoService , data and call experience very poor specially post merger, please improve customer experience @TRAI

    @Gyanprakash92 @VodafoneIN Same here once I also face a rude executive . He advised me to port Sim or Change the network. They didn't want more customers this year

    @sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI I too face unethical behaviour from Vodafone.I did my port request and vodafone convinced me to not to do it.someone from backend team called me and said that I have to cancel my porting request in order 2 go 2 another provider by saying they are from provider where I m porting.

Rs. 49 recharge on 11 August, with outgoing, incoming, sms, service validity for 28 days till 7 Sep, but Vodafone blocked incoming on 31 Aug.

    It has been 10 days since outgoing/incoming calls stopped, cant even SMS. After 3 visits to VI shop and many DMs, VI is not able to resove the issue. Standard answer - we didnt find fault @Vodafonein @ViCustomerCare #VodafoneIdea
