But still following up with the local Airtel office for the same. And always get a same reply, that it's under process...!! If your customer service is like this then I have to re think.

Pls note that the problem occurred in VI APP where I chose profile of 81xxxxxx41 but at time of recharge it got automatically changed to default profile number of 91xxxxxx93. Its problem at your APP end.
