@ViCustomerCare Stop giving free internet when it doesn't work most of the time. Also even with full networks, call doesn't go or gets disconnected. Cannot wait to port the number to another network.

Purchased Vodafone sim yesterday for good network for WFH,but while using hotspot for my laptop, even Microsoft teams is not working properly, cannot use sim for voice calls in teams. In my town I am the only one who took VI sim after long time. @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Worst VAS service ever. Automatic deduction of balance and on enquiry with VI store no resolution and also on the complainant mobile number. VI automatically deducted 99 rs from account and on report within 4 hrs at VI store no refunds

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI i recharge my idea number ₹449but i unable to use internet in vi3372 dongle when I connect internet no speed provide. Same sim i insert my mobile 4g speed provide. Why not i use my sim in vi dongle ? It's not good i need help
