@ViCustomerCare Stop giving free internet when it doesn't work most of the time. Also even with full networks, call doesn't go or gets disconnected. Cannot wait to port the number to another network.

@ViCustomerCare Wonderful service. After complaining to Vodafone and spending a whole lot of time with multiple agents each one trying to quickly pass it on to someone else I thought I had some hope of resolution. Instead they have added some service without permission. CHEATS!

@ViCustomerCare your internet connection is very slow at night after 12pm. I m going to change my card. You should refund the amount of package. i've complaint more than 100 times. But there is no improvement. You always give the same reason. Worst customer service. 😡😡😡

@ViCustomerCare Hello Vi. I am using ur 4g data service but data speed is like as 2g. And I have raised a complaint against this before 5 days and today was last day .when I contact to coustomer care they said ur complaint has been closed but still data speed is 2g type.
