  @ViCustomerCare Stop giving free internet when it doesn't work most of the time. Also even with full networks, call doesn't go or gets disconnected. Cannot wait to port the number to another network.

  @ViCustomerCare Understand my issue first. Replying me there is Signal issue in My location. But my issue only during power failure. Not at all time. Can I expect your service during power failure?

  reporting an issue with my new SIM card ordered for the mobile number 7*****82526. Although the SIM was delivered and activated three days ago, I am currently unable to receive any network signal on my mobile device. Could you please investigate this matter @ViCustomerCare

  No resolution ever after 72 Hrs, whereas I have paid money in advance. Pathetic that @VodafoneGroup in India is headed by bunch of unprofessionals. Even after payment and lapse of 72 Hrs, several follow ups and calls to @ViCustomerCare is not able to deliver a new SIM.

  @ViCustomerCare Its been now more then a week and 3 visit to just get sim activated, but still no solution , now this is my 4th visit at vi store i hope they will fix if now need to get them to consumer @jagograhakjago to get my 26 year old number

  @ViCustomerCare Yes, it was resolved, but my service remained suspended for 26 hours; the VI team is responsible for this. Airtel had already provided clearance by 8 o'clock, yet the service was kept off, causing inconvenience to the customer—this is not right.

  @ViCustomerCare I just received a call from customer care stating that my payment has been cleared and I can now use the service; however, it has been 45 minutes since that call, and my outgoing calls and internet connection are still blocked. What kind of joke is this?

  @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @ViCustomerCare Had booked a home delivery of prepaid sim and paid the amount too. 60hours passed now. Still have no clue, no call, no message. I called up customer care number but they have given fake promises. FEELING CHEATED.

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Rotating agents while giving the exact same reply doesn’t fix the problem. Your numbers are being misused for sales calls against TRAI rules. Stop hiding behind DMs and take visible action.

  My internet has not been working for the last 2 days, and the network keeps dropping. Customer care calls are also getting disconnected. Please fix this issue urgently, or I will have no option but to port my SIM. Thank you. @ViCustomerCare
