@ViCustomerCare Understand my issue first. Replying me there is Signal issue in My location. But my issue only during power failure. Not at all time. Can I expect your service during power failure?

@ViCustomerCare Stop giving free internet when it doesn't work most of the time. Also even with full networks, call doesn't go or gets disconnected. Cannot wait to port the number to another network.

@ViCustomerCare I am a V! postpaid customer. I came to the Kozhikode store to get a duplicate SIM and they tell me to go to the Vadakara store. One more of my precious day should be wasted on that. I regret taking the Vodafone SIM My one day is worth a lot to me

@ViCustomerCare ported my jio number into VI evwn 18 days data was left in my Jio. Now jio sim has been deactivated and the dealer is not picking up phone I have no offers and plan in ny Vi number for now. Disgusting service

@ViCustomerCare I am not being able to use data on my phone for almost a month. Your field engineer suggested me to change the sim card and even after changing it, it is not working. This problem started after using the international roaming pack.
