    @ViCustomerCare Stop giving free internet when it doesn't work most of the time. Also even with full networks, call doesn't go or gets disconnected. Cannot wait to port the number to another network.

    @VodafoneIN terrible service. my browsing speed is less than 1kb. I swear I'll never recharge and not my single penny goes to u..going to Port @Airtel_Presence

    @ViCustomerCare Visited again today they still need 1 day time now not able to understand i contacted customer carew Vi store also paid 50 rs for no reason and at end result is same. Pls tell if you all can resolve it pls guide me the process to port the number.

    @ViCustomerCare for the past few days I have been facing issues with Vi sim. Where the network is slow and it takes a lot of time plus not only me but even others with Vi are facing this issue

    Went to @ViCustomerCare store today for MNP. Your associate forced me to buy postpaid scheme and told me that it's the only option. When I showed him both prepaid and postpaid scheme is available for MNP, he asked me leave. Sadly @ViCustomerCare you guys loose one customer today.

    @ViCustomerCare it's been 2 days since i complained about no 3G-4G services on my phone. You assured it will be repaired in 24hrs but still i am getting only 2G network. No option left other than Port. @reliancejio @airtelindia please suggest your plans.

    @ViCustomerCare Surprising I can't change to prepaid plan from postpaid by having same number. I am using it for last 15 years and customer care instructed to buy a new SIM if I want to shift to prepaid. I have no option but to port to Jio or Airtel. Strategy to lose customers!

    Call drops, people not able to reach my number, me not being able to make calls every now and then. Internet going off every now and then. Great work @ViCustomerCare Can't resolve network issues even after a year of complaints. The world would be a better place without VI.
