    @ViCustomerCare Stop giving free internet when it doesn't work most of the time. Also even with full networks, call doesn't go or gets disconnected. Cannot wait to port the number to another network.

    @ViCustomerCare Understand my issue first. Replying me there is Signal issue in My location. But my issue only during power failure. Not at all time. Can I expect your service during power failure?

    @VodafoneIN terrible service. my browsing speed is less than 1kb. I swear I'll never recharge and not my single penny goes to u..going to Port @Airtel_Presence

    @ViCustomerCare Your response acknowledges that there is a coverage issue at my location, yet I continue to be billed the full amount every month. If you are aware that you are unable to provide the promised level of service at my location, charging the full tariff is neither fair nor justified.

    @VodafoneIN_News Your call center executive Somi needs a lunch break. Bad comprehension skill and awfully rude and lets not talk about listening skills. @ViCustomerCare Please she needs a permanent break and then she would realise the importance of job and making a customer wait

    @ViCustomerCare If we pay in full, network is your job—but even YouTube fails! Refund if you can't deliver. ​IVR claimed 100 towers/hr (~8.76L/yr), but you only have 2.2L+. Who is responsible for the 6.56L missing towers? ​Why charge 5G rates nationwide when it's only in 110 cities? Answer us

    @ViCustomerCare facing the worst possible internet speed for the past 2 months. Have raised complaint multiple times but still not resolved. Tried again to raise a complaint today but guess what internet speed is so slow can't even raise a complaint in your app. Fix this ASAP

    @ViCustomerCare @PhonePe_ Additionally, I tried contacting customer support by calling 199, but there is no clear option to speak with a customer care executive. The IVR only plays automated messages and provides no straightforward way to reach a representative and discuss the issue.
