  @ViCustomerCare Stop giving free internet when it doesn't work most of the time. Also even with full networks, call doesn't go or gets disconnected. Cannot wait to port the number to another network.

  @ViCustomerCare Understand my issue first. Replying me there is Signal issue in My location. But my issue only during power failure. Not at all time. Can I expect your service during power failure?

  @ViCustomerCare #VodafoneIdea started cheating customer.Changed plan from Rs 60 to Rs 353 & they say, I was informed through sms which I never received. What's going on?Are you planning to recover all your debt by this kind of practice? Did you take my consent before change ??

  @ViCustomerCare It’s a shame as to how a customer is riped off. I am getting huge postpaid bills for the last two months and no help and resolution yet. Paying heavy price for being loyal with the company for so long.

  @ViCustomerCare All of your machinery is for name sake no one is able to answer for unused minutes update only wasting time to asking customer to check VI app, what's app chat, Bolt chat, SMS revert ect
