@ViCustomerCare Stop giving free internet when it doesn't work most of the time. Also even with full networks, call doesn't go or gets disconnected. Cannot wait to port the number to another network.

@ViCustomerCare Never buy any service from VI. They have always charge wrong amount added in their invoice. This time the charged Rs 2542 without any confirmation to me. VI is a froud company. Don't take VI services.

@ViCustomerCare As i was told that the issue will be resolved. I have yet not been told as i was like let me know what is my final due as i had no service. What is the compensation and resolution else let me pay the undue amount (which you all are charging without any reason) and let me port out

Step 1: Taken a JIO sim card. @ViCustomerCare is on its way out with such huge outstanding to tower operators. Last few years, it has been losing customers owing to such poor service levels and network coverage. Poor response and arbitrary.ticket closure.
