@ViCustomerCare Stop giving free internet when it doesn't work most of the time. Also even with full networks, call doesn't go or gets disconnected. Cannot wait to port the number to another network.

@ViCustomerCare Understand my issue first. Replying me there is Signal issue in My location. But my issue only during power failure. Not at all time. Can I expect your service during power failure?

@ViCustomerCare you are providing worse than 2G internet in 4G pack. Network is non-existant. @TRAI please take action against VI network for deceiving people for saying fastest 4G in India. Customer care isn't picking up my calls and they have not yet resolved my complaint.

@ViCustomerCare your network in Naharlagun, Arunachal Pradesh is very poor since Today morning. Network is not at all stable and 4g speed is like bullock cart speed. Why this lethargic approach in providing quality service. @rsprasad

Whenever power is gone there is call drop and network issue. No power back is there and pathetic network from last 2 months Bhawanipur,east Champaran. Please look into this. Your technician is drinking alll the diesel. @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS
