@ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS @VodafoneGroup I raised the complaint to Postpaid Vi on poor quality services and call drop. I suffered a lot due to degrade services and finally have to opt to port to other network. Problem : 1)2G Signal 2) Unable to Call.

@ViCustomerCare But you people are reluctant to provide him new sim with same number. He is losing his business. You people are suggesting to take new number, if that is the case why would we contact you. We can simply take xyz service providers number, but he needs his existing number

@ViCustomerCare Hi VI! It has been great experience and bad experience for me. For now the bad experience is been prolonged for past 2 3 months. So it's safe to say that I'll port my number to Airtel or Jio. Thank you. PS: Customer service is good.
