    @ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Forced to write to you that In our area Vodafone network is poor....I give so many complaints.. But didn't take any actions to improve.. Lost my money by recharging continuously.. But no use.. 🙏

    @ViCustomerCare I have ordered a vi sim on 14th october 2022. Sim is not delivered yet and i call to customer care they pickup the call and put on hold. That's the behaviour of vi customer care towards the customer.

    @ViCustomerCare My father got a new sim card for his same phone number, its been almost 48 hours and the sim is still not activated. No calls/messages can be sent or received. very much in trouble. no help given from the store. I urgently need an update.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare May I know what is going on? My registered DND complaint was rejected saying "we found that the Call received by you was not promotional in nature, We have hence closed your complaint." I am getting multiple calls daily. Still you are not taking action.

    @ViCustomerCare My Sim is showing no network I went to Vi store for new Sim card but the number is more than 15 year old, I don't have the same ID which is registered in your records. They refuse to do anything what should I do in this situation Either give me my sim or port code
