They have closed my multiple complains without ressolving And still doing the same.they just keep on delivering fake timelines for ressolution but never ressolves.i have recharged for long term pack and got stuck cannot port for other operator.

@ViCustomerCare Network keeps switching between 2G and 4G. Rarely could complete any call without disruptions. Voice calling is major issue and I am not paying to use a 2G network. Data speeds are good but connection is unstable. PIN: 273010, Divya Nagar Gorakhpur.
