@ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

@VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Forced to write to you that In our area Vodafone network is poor....I give so many complaints.. But didn't take any actions to improve.. Lost my money by recharging continuously.. But no use.. 🙏

@TRAI Scam calls from @ViCustomerCare, trying to trick customers to send port out cancellation to 1900... Checked with Airtel staff, it seems this is a known issue and they tried complaining but no action..@TRAI it's your responsibility to keep a check on these things, else please quit
