  @ViCustomerCare some error with Vi app, i have been using 399 plan from a year, and since feb end 699 plan has been activated, i requested for the older plan which 399 through Vi app, but still no progress, made several calls to customer care but no help. Please resolve. Dm sent.

  hey @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS #vodafoneidea experiencing serious issues in network for calling as well as internet. Have put forth my concern previously also. Facing so much issues that I have stopped receiving OTPs and regularly have to visit my balcony #Telecom #vodafone

  @ViCustomerCare Network speed is too slow after amelgamation. I can't use 200 mb out of 1.5gb per day limit, before amelgamation it was working fine.

  @ViCustomerCare Dear team,i used vodafone number more than 7years....Last week my sim was blocked,so I went to my city vi office and they instruct to visit district office.....Finally district office said ,i must go to madurai zonal office.....I can't go there now.......Plz help
