@ViCustomerCare How can I reach out to Vi customer service from another network? Tried recharging through your app twice today, both were successful(money deducted) without confirmation messages on recharges. Any ongoing issue?

@ViCustomerCare My vi number 91346 60571 VoLTE is currently not working on my number irrespective of using a 4G VoLTE Enabled Phone PocoX3Pro and having settings to 4G and VoLTE is enabled in phone settings. Kindly please check with your systems and activate VoLTE

@ViCustomerCare I was trying to choose porting in @reliancejio but your customer care agent told there will be no bill charged but instead of this you suspended my number and charged bill also. Please shut down such service.

Hi @ViCustomerCare I had ported my mobile no from VI to Airtel. Now VI is turning it off because they say I haven't paid a bill. When I try to pay at VI, they say this no is not a VI no. Pls help me 1. pay bill, clear dues. 2. Permanently port no to @airtelindia .

@ViCustomerCare Problem is same.. i am receiving msg as late as ur reply .. i am receiving bank msg including otp after otp expires on your network (OTP Sent in 10 in the morning received in 6 in the evening)

@ViCustomerCare @JioCare With VI sim card during call I can't use internet service, because don't have VOLTE mode,why?Sometimes VI provide 2G OR 3G network and i don't make any call and use internet.Whereas with jio there's no any issues.That's why I'm porting with Jio.
