    @ViCustomerCare why is it that I recharge from ur site and still u do not restore services? why is it that i am waiting 4 20 minutes after recharge and you have still not acted? Cheap thugs. @TRAI @DoT_India this is NOT the 1st time VI is eating recharges. Pls help nab scoundrels

    @ViCustomerCare Having worst experience with my Vi SIM. Getting no network bars on it. Went to Mini store and they acted rude and asked me to go somewhere else.

    @ViCustomerCare pathetic network coverage in Pune. Volte calls have become a pain. Need to make 2-3 calls for every 1 call. Complaint raised several times, but you don't seem to bother!!

    @ViCustomerCare It's surprising for me that my wife is using 4G network from @airtelindia from the very same room whereas I can't use even 2G network speed from you guys. I feel sorry for myself as I am using 2 VI connections at the moment and not able to use any one of them. #Pathetic

    @ViCustomerCare Worse service provider. You deactivated my number for one month of non usage claiming i was inactive for past 90days! I have call records that proof i was using the number till 24th Jan. #viFraudProvider
