Really disappointed and exasperated by the services of VI network... it's been more than 5 hours that my phone's network connectivity is lost... i am unable to make any calls nor am able to send any sms... @ViCustomerCare i request you to look into it and solve the problem ASAP!!

@ViCustomerCare Vi Please Fix Connection timeout and High ping with Packet loss in and out and please fix as soon as possible. Because when you on internet on mobile the data turn on and not opening any YouTube or chrome. Always change apn to ipv4 and restarting then it work
