    @ViCustomerCare Vi lacks customer Service SIM card changed. Old one worn out. March 31st Got new SIM. Inserted NOW its about 8.40 PM April 1st 2021 SIM INSERTED NOT PROVISIONED Not Activated for usage To pay Bills I get at least 5 reminders even though never missed a payment

    Today I have port out my two VI Sim card (Almost 7 years old) into One in Jio & another in Airtel.I hope my both new networks will give me good services & will never feel that took wrong decision to go with them.@ViCustomerCare @JioCare @Airtel_Presence VI pls improve ur service
