@ViCustomerCare I m surprised n amused by @ViCustomerCare 's strategy. They reply to DMs quickly for sure, but asking questions in repeat mode to not acknowledge the issue and also not keep the request open. And changing SPOC to make sure the customer has to repeat same points again n again.

How tf am I supposed to connect with a customer executive from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ??! 198 and 121 both don't work or solve any of my issue. I have been wrongly billed in the family plan. Makes me question my decision of porting from @ViCustomerCare
