    @ViCustomerCare Done. Timeline update: 2 weeks calls to customer care - Complaints raised. Complaints - Exceeded TAT. Vi gallery visit on a week-off: 1 hour and counting.... Tweeeeet - Asked to DM DM done and waiting.....

    @ViCustomerCare Dear @ViCustomerCare as i have mentioned that I will be porting to other network if my concern is not addressed properly. Even after six months my issue was not addressed and there is no proper signal so I have ported to @reliancejio.

    @VodafoneGroup @ViCustomerCare in my family we have 3 active prepaid connections. We are facing frequent call drops and poor internet speed from last few days ( at godhra city pin :389001) . We are very much annoyed and its high time we need to port to other network.

    @ViCustomerCare In any case, I want to know by what means these services were requested and what sort of confirmation I sent which triggered these service purchases against my balance. Blacklisting services is not a permanent solution. @TRAI @DoT_India plz luk in2 such frauds.
