    @ViCustomerCare So many apps in my device are not accessing internet connection from your network. My device name is OnePlus 7T. Its Very poor service despite rise in prices of your internet pack. Very shameful.

    @ViCustomerCare Such a worst service from VI trichy branch. I have gone to the showroom just to cut my prepaid card 2 nano size. 1. They said I have 2 buy a new sim I said ok 2. They check my acc and said I am oly eligible for postpaid. 3. I said, I already have VI postpaid.

    @ViCustomerCare ₹6 was showing unbilled amount in my Vi app but when I called your customer executive he told me that generally vi app show wrong information and took ₹56 from me! Can you please clarify that you need to change your app Or your executive? @VodafoneGroup

    @ViCustomerCare I age 70 yrs subscriber since 1997 ur service has become pathetic. Visited Sec 11 Dwarka N Delhi outlet to get no 9811069090 tfd to my son Karan on 20.12.21. No response till date inspite of 3 visits n repeated calls. Co doesn’t want 2 retain old clients porting
