    There is a lot of problem of mobile network in our village.Internet speed is nominal and there is a lot of problem in talking.All internet provider companies have been complain but the problem has not yet solved . install a tower in my village. @ViCustomerCare @PMOIndia

    @iamaditiwari @ViCustomerCare Vi network capri team is useless from sitting in home they resolve our issue. Actually this happens with me few days ago. Without visiting the site they close se my complaints. Wait vi soon will port out all my no.

    Hey @ViCustomerCare don't get me started on how rude your customer care is. 1. Someone must have given a reference number of mine for a theirs and they are not in contact with us. 2. Their bill is outstanding and we have paid ours but we get calls every day annoying us (..1)

    I've complained to @ViCustomerCare but no problem is resolved by any of VI customer care executive. They are trying since last 2 months to activate my Volte service, they failed to tell me why I couldn't use the weekend data rollover Since last 2 months. Worst Experience ever!
