    @ViCustomerCare Very irritating and non-professional behaviour of VI-Idea customer care and services. I hv 3GB +.05 Gb+free night pack offer, but they are continuously deducting whole data between 1Am to 5Am ignoring night pack offer. Also, I never use mobile at that time.

    @ViCustomerCare Your network team gave me a solution that I should change my SIM as its old and hence network issue👏 absolutely amazing..u should soon be getting porting request for all my connections

    @ViCustomerCare Your team is heinous the way they behave with an 80 yr old business customer/ listen impatiently for 2 minutes, tell him “it’s really not a problem” then grudgingly promise to send someone. Needless to say no one arrives. incredibly the complaint is closed
