    @ViCustomerCare is such a disaster! I have used Idea for a long time, but after the merger of Vodafone and Idea, network connectivity of VI is very poor. I decided to port my number. After sending the port request, I have been receiving 14-15 calls daily from @ViCustomerCare.

    @ViCustomerCare your process to switch from post paid to pre paid is pain and time beyond expectations... @vodafone store is adamant to process which asked customer to come again after 4 hours &again the next day coz u cannot handle more than 2 nos. In 1 day. Very bad experience

    @ViCustomerCare Yesterday i was told by the customer service agent that I will get a call and my monthly billing will be looked into. I have raise a complaint and until now I have not received any call. Now I receive a message from VI that how was your experience speaking to our person.
