  @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.

  @ViCustomerCare few days back on 8th July I filed a request mentioning how the internet quality in my locality is very poor and Vi should do something regarding it. But the request's status is now been marked 'possessed' yet the issue still persists.

  @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare @JioCare Dear Network providers whats the issue, whenever their is power cut in our Village Rampur ( pin code-802127)Your Network completely disappeares. Multiple time I have complaint it, but No result. It's disgusting, don't u provide oil to towers?

  Vi, why would you stop incoming SMS within 1 day or your expiry date on pre paid? Unless you are really wanting to reduce your customer base. Extremely poor service @ViCustomerCare

  @ViCustomerCare Dear VI i had ported to VI considering that VI after merger can provide better service, however just 45 days and i am fedup and waiting for rest 45 days to port out. first time by VI’s grace my services are stopped and no support from vi store and customer care.
