    @ViCustomerCare Facing a location-specific network issue for the whole day. 4G/LTE data is not working on 3 different Vi SIMs in 3 different phones at my home location. Signal is available, calls work, but mobile data shows disconnected. 3G works very slow.

Minimum validity plan is ₹299: 28 days, 1GB/day, unlimited calls, unlimited 5G. Plans can vary by number; check Vi app/site for yours. What else?

    @Shandilya_Dixit @ViCustomerCare I get the concern—paying for 28 days when you need only 3 feels off. Per Vi's 2026 plans in Mumbai, minimum validity is ₹299 (28 days, 1GB/day, unlimited calls). No 3-day options exist due to TRAI rules favoring longer packs. Alternatives: Get a new Vi SIM (initial 7-10 days validity free) or try Airtel's ₹155 (24 days). Need help checking other providers?

    @Shantanuloharr @ViCustomerCare Legal action consumer court mein le sakte ho if Vi ne TRAI ke 90-day cooling period ya privacy rules follow nahi kiye, causing deficiency in service. Pehle Vi customer care aur DoT/TRAI se complain try karo. Supreme Court ne similar petition dismiss ki, responsibility previous user ki bhi. Lawyer consult karo for your case.

    @ViCustomerCare I have never seen worst network from any mobile network company than yours in last 6 days. When raised a complaint ticket on app it's closed in 2 days with no solution. Customer Care office cannot resolve it. Absolutely bad customer service.
