@ViCustomerCare experiencing very slow network speed in my locality. - new civil lines bharatpur ( rajasthan). Network auto switches from Vi 4G volte to 3G and sometimes 3G to 2G. Its ground floor and other data networks are working well except Vi.

@ViCustomerCare I am facing irregular NO SIM issue from last 2/3 months, talked to customer care, they suggested me to visit VI store, I went there with all needed documents in GREEN PARK VI store, after an effort of 10 min polite lady apologized for NO NETWORK . V (very ) I (irritating)

@ViCustomerCare field survey after optimization confirmed that there is no improvement of #Coverage and the issue had been sent by the technicians to their leads/supervisors. Now perhaps they need to look into having a #Microcell to address this? @DoT_India @TRAI

@ViCustomerCare To whom should I beleive the store person or the cusomer care ?? There is no point in using such an unprofessional service provider. As soon as my service is up, i will port my number. Fed up with all your stupid rules and process. Airtel is better intern of following process.
