  @ViCustomerCare Prashant, Thank you for the explanation, but I am extremely disappointed with this response. First and foremost, I never authorized or requested any Vi Movies & TV subscription or auto-renewal. Who gave Vi permission to activate or auto-renew this service on my number

  @ViCustomerCare - why the heck you guys are not letting me separate my connection from family postpaid . I have requested it in the morning and you guys are only giving missed calls and letting me move out of vi. I will have to raise complaint with consumer caurt now

  @n_bangre @ViCustomerCare May be u r under tower. I don't have any network without prior notice they disabled sim. I am not getting any otp for transactions. This is creating lost in faith with VI network, why I did not change my network yet.

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Sufiyan, Sudeep, Palabi — same script. The issue is public. Vi is allowing marketing calls from regular numbers. Regulators are failing to enforce. Fix it in the open, not in private chats.

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Marketing calls from Vi number 9953015328 again. Operators are supposed to disconnect such numbers on complaint. Why is this still happening? Fix it or face the backlash. #SpamCalls

  @ViCustomerCare 3/ When I contacted Vi, I was told that IR could only be activated by sending an SMS from the same SIM. Think about that for a moment. No network ➜ No SMS. No SMS ➜ No IR. No IR ➜ Still no network. A perfect catch-22.
