    @ViCustomerCare Vi has increased cost of my post paid plan with out any intimation..so please look in to this. Called many times to vi customer support team but no resolution provided yet...so look & confirm the resolution asap..

    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare My complaint got closed "again" without even resolving. Given details in dm and spoken to some 10 cc people without use. You want me to pay without giving "basic" plan benifits. This is beyond pathetic customer care. It's time to end 17 yr time with vi.

    Connecting laptop to Wi-Fi. Internet is not working in laptop since yesterday, while connecting to Jio is running. It's a stupid network Vodafone calls up the customer and cuts them off without attending. @ViCustomerCare
