    @VicustomerCare is the worst. (1) I ported my A, B, C Sim cards to VI and purchased D and E sim cards of VI just because a VI agent explained the benefits of VI family plan that, I have to pay only through my primary number once, for all my other simcards so I purchased it.

    Dear @ViCustomerCare , since 17th Nov I am in Egypt. I am not getting any network. I tried everything . I have taken the 4499 pack . Made several calls to customer care. So far the issue is unresolved. Kindly help.

    @ViCustomerCare been struggling with network issues before your merger with idea. Ported out my 5 numbers the but kept another 4 from my family. Porting them out now because of the worst network coverage at my home and business location. No simple calls, no 4g for whatsapp calls.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup every 2 call out of 10 gets dropped unknowingly for me. Why??? Bad network service of #vi

    I strictly suggest to avoid Vi @ViCustomerCare I am a VI corporate plan holder since decade and now my sim isn't working when i raised complaint against it, they said my email id isn't correct in their data, and the mistake was made by company person while filling form @TRAI

    @ViCustomerCare Yes I know Sonali mam someone will contact us, however I also know the outcome (already mentioned in my tweet). We even changed our sims in the month of September, the network got even worse. I hope someday I will tweet while using VI internet and not Wifi.
