  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Network coverage in Bakhrabad urf Khatai, Bijnor-UP 246734 is extremely poor. Normal voice calls break and audio is unclear, while mobile internet is unreliable. Please send your network team, verify the ground situation and install a new mobile tower

  @ViCustomerCare very disappointing experience while visiting your store. The person who represented Vodafone doesn’t know how to understand customers requirement. Wasted my time, unable to get in touch with your customer care due to bots - request reference no. KAR-V02181694174

  @ViCustomerCare Now there is no network in @ViCustomerCare and when I inserted the @airtelindia sim, there’s no network as well. What is this? Why both of you are adamant in providing the worst possible customer experience????

  @imohammedtalha @ViCustomerCare Sad to see this, Even I recently did yearly active recharges for 2 Numbers and today both of them went to bin (~4000). Not getting SMS and VI Chat help is not really helping.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This is a pattern now. The day you send the bill which is due after a week to 10 days, my fibernet connection goes down. An indirect coercion to remit bills much before the due date? Now, be smart & get details from DM history. Via @ViCustomerCare
