    @ViCustomerCare This repeated delay is extremely frustrating. I've already paid for the service but haven't received the SIM. Please look into this urgently and either deliver my SIM immediately or provide a proper resolution. I can share my order details via DM. #Vi #MNP #CustomerService

    I am in good network zone. On the same device Airtel and Jio works as 5G+ but Vi works only 4G. Only yesterday i ported Vi to experience its network. I am already regretting it. Calls are dripping, 5G not working. Pathetic @ViCustomerCare. Details and screenshots shared in DM

    @ViCustomerCare I have contacted customer care, visited the retailer, and tried every possible way to resolve my porting/recharge issue, but I still have no solution. Please investigate and resolve this urgently. If not, I'll escalate to the Appellate Authority and Consumer Comm

    @ViCustomerCare Please Note from 23 rd July up to not solve issue should Waiver Charges Pro rate basic . I will not pay when not able to use your service and your Technician not solve issue after complaint.
