    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup Have shared all the things through DM, but Vi customer care executives are so blind or brainless, they keep cut n paste same thing without looking what is my concern and if copy paste relevant to that or not.

    @ViCustomerCare My father is a senior citizen. He needs to convert his postpaid Sim to prepaid Sim. He can't visit or we cannot take him to the store. Please help. Store is not cooperating in switching and forcing me to bring him to the store in this pandemic.

    @ViCustomerCare very disoppointed with the service from past 1year. frequently disconnection and no network for whole day and the reason given from past 6 months tower maintainence progress. We are penalized for late payment but VI should be also repay us if no network coverag
