Hey @ViCustomerCare, I have never seen more pathetic service than yours. Your connection goes out like every 15 minutes in a city like Noida where others are getting 5G without any problems. What a disappointment. It seems the time has come to move away from you.

@ViCustomerCare My mobile internet isn't working since past 20 days. App and phone helpline gives automated unhelpful response. Only solution is to port out and lose on my 4 months of unconsumed Vi validity. Please help if you can.
