@ViCustomerCare now 7 vi service staff has called me, all not knowing why did they call me. The last called called me only to cut the call when I told him the issue. @TRAI . I want to port to @airtelindia Vodafone fraudulent IR data usage charges on data being switched off.

@ViCustomerCare I need my sim 2b activated, agent replies to email saying cannot reach you- of course u cannot reach me that's what I am saying "sim not working"!! I am in international roaming and need OTPs!! twitter is my last resort now, please resolve right now!

@djparryn @ViCustomerCare They are robbers and frauds, customer service calls on international roaming building up my charges. They are the most disgusting customer service I have ever faced and wouldn’t recommend Vodafone to anyone. My resolve still pending.

@ViCustomerCare Particularly everyday I suffer from this illness "vi internet not working" And can't find a "medicine" even after switching to a new device Considering to port into "airtel hospitals" for better treatment opportunity. And this is almost everyday for last 20 days
