@ViCustomerCare how come every time I call for network issue, I get the same answer “technical work was under process from last 2-3 days, that’s the reason for network issue “, but I have been facing this issue from last 3-4 months and get network for 2-3 days only when you call

@ViCustomerCare What a fantastic support. Unable to fix a simple port sms error for a week and informing that problem will be solved in 2h, increased to 6h, and then 24 h, and now i understood that ur customer care support is nonsense. U r just passing the time

@ViCustomerCare not even care to resolve it. First day experience with vi is worst. Go with airtel Or jio at least you will get 4g network. @ViCustomerCare even not able to provide network in phone. Forgot about 4g Or volte service.

@ViCustomerCare Guys, First ur team calls for taking additional number to expand your customers base & then after taking number those people are disappears.I have got 2 additional numbers but we are failed 2 avail service as its not getting activated due 2 tele verification issue

@ViCustomerCare Hello, your network is weak and I'm suffering from this network. It pushes me to port in another network. I also complained in your vi app but no response yet. Plz solve this problem as fast as you can.
