    @pankajjaiswal00 @Freecharge @ViCustomerCare Freecharge is a fraud app for me. They have wrong descriptions for few plans and no customer support team. They have only bots to support customers. Its better that you rate this app a 1 star and uninstall it otherwise one day they will loot your money too. Thanks

    @ViCustomerCare I have many problem face like.i can not msg sent anybody. I have already first recharge 50 rs but can't call and msg, anyone, I have 49 recharge but I can't msg anyone,i have already 39rs balance but I can't not call and msg,no one is positive response from VI.

    @ViCustomerCare nothing resolved...only sorry was given for the wrong commitment thats it...and your executive also gave Rs 150/-+ gst waiver in bill which is of no use...who will compensate for my monetory loss of Rs 400/-....is this the way you treat your valuable customers...
