    @VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare : Horrible experience! Had to suffer a lot because my sim card was declared invalid by you guys and had to run behind you for months and now ,your mother ******* fat *** is refraining from recharging my phone and deducting money for each recharge.

    @ViCustomerCare Postpaid to prepaid  no. yesterday I visited the VI store after all necessary formality fill I get a new prepaid Sim..I received a call from customer care 1.00 PM to details about my Postpaid to prepaid and accept my request give me time to 8 hours to activate

    @ViCustomerCare Almost 4 to 5 days has passed still m facing network & internet issue, no idea will it get resolve or not , everybody is saying team is working on it??? I got call from Vodafone that they are trying to reverse my current month bill but not receive any confirmation??

    @ViCustomerCare sir I have Realme 5s my phone support all india 4g bands. But there is no volte support from VI service. other company like Airtel and jio support volte in my phone. 4G band-1, 3, 5, 8, 38, 40, 41.Please solve this problem I will go for port.
