@ViCustomerCare You hav already wasted so much of my time. 1st my monthly plan got changed to higher rental plan & corporate discount was also removed w.e.f. 1st Sep'21 Then on 16th Oct it again changed to another higher rental plan without my consent. You didn't value your 10yrs old customer.

@ViCustomerCare I wonder why I paid for data (though its a small amount) I never get connected to internet through Vi. Fortunate that I've and airtel card on other slot which JUMPS intonaction everytime I'm in need.

@ViCustomerCare hi . My mobile internet suddenly stopped working. While access to internet is fully cut, apps like telegram and whatsapp works without any issue. This looks weird. What could the issue? Already registered a complaint. The reference number is DH4F6A4WEW

@ViCustomerCare 60 Rs from my secondary bal and 20 Rs from my main bal has been deducted from my account on 12th with me never opting for any service or notifying me before deducting. This is 2nd consecutive month the same thing has happend with me.
