    @ViCustomerCare I have purchased postpaid no. From ur website at 1475 but ur agent is not coming for kuc for 3 days. Is this the way ur team working. I have recieved msg from vi along with agent no. But he does not pick the mobile. I am very frustrated with ur service.

    @ViCustomerCare If the ₹479 and ₹719 plans don't actually provide the advertised Unlimited 5G under the same conditions, then this is a fake or misleading benefit. Please clarify the eligibility and resolve this issue immediately. @ViCustomerCare

    Hi @JioCare, I submitted my @ViCustomerCare to Jio port request on 7 July around 7 PM. KYC is complete, but MyJio still shows "Port-in In Progress". My Vi plan expires on 8 July, and I'm concerned about a service interruption if the process is delayed. @JioCare (1/2)
