    @ViCustomerCare after knowing the whole complaint history of my all number you must respond because due to your vodafoneideas poor network I have changed my operator several time but never got resolution yet if you need further evidence to evaluate the issue I can provide such past emails also

    Due to the pandemic everything is happening digitally from admissions,payments,etc we understand we need to wait until the issue is resolved but employee yelling at me when asked is unprofessional and unacceptable! @ViCustomerCare I hope you won’t disappoint @JioCare :)

    @ViCustomerCare I am surprised how much your service has degraded. I am Vi customer for 12 years and now when my sim has stopped working, your customer care is telling me to go away and find other provider because process does not allow you to fix a problem that you created.

    If there is anything you can do @ViCustomerCare is train your employees at Ratnagiri Office. They really need to work on their communication skills. I’ll be porting all our 8 cards to @JioCare as soon as possible! Because complaining and visiting your store is of ZERO help.
