@ViCustomerCare Network coverage of Vodafone in Lucknow is pathetic. And no it's not some Rural area of Lucknow, I live in the main city. Not able to send messages, Error 38 keeps coming, it's been 3 months. No economical packs for someone who doesn't want your internet services.

@ViCustomerCare is now becoming the worst service provider network. We should not use the network service provider who is making false promises to Customer . My Data Speed Network issue is not yet solved. Nor any customer care executive replied to my complain

@ViCustomerCare your employees called me literally 25times now since yday saying they are from prepaid department and send POST2PRE sms or CANCEL sms which means this will cancel my port request. But they wont tell you the full truth.

@ViCustomerCare My internet isn't working because the main cable is cut and no on from @youbroadband wishes to repair it...being a customer, do I've to repair the cable on my own as well?
