@ViCustomerCare ,I took a IR package for Kenya . initally it worked well for 3 days & than the mobile data stopped . made many calls to Vi in india .no solution . my holiday & work disrupted since all bankingOTPS on my phone .& worst charges of 2999 + gst raised in invoice .

@ViCustomerCare @akshayamoondra - r u serious in resolving my issue or just doing formalities by sending msg. No action taken till date. I m sure it will now be resolved in legal court of law only. Disgusting & pathetic service. Don't recommend to take your connection.

@airtelindia @ViCustomerCare I travelled to Rajasthan, for a day, Airtel having 4G/5G coverage whereas VI gives 4G+ coverage. But too much fluctuation with airtel network , whereas VI is constant.

@ViCustomerCare Worst network experience! Past 10 days in Jodhpur rajsthan hardly any signal. Also during my visit to western Rajasthan cities — Pali, Dalna, Sumerpur, Balotra, Nakoda, Abu Road, Amba Ji — NO network at all. #VodafoneIdea #NetworkIssue

Hi @ViCustomerCare u r providing Worst network. Worst than BSNL. I never get more than one signal bar in my mobile. Network poorest. Can't talk, can't stream, can't watch, can't download properly. Struggling with ur network.
