    @VodafoneIN please teach your employees to how to deal with customer. they dont even know how to talk with their customer. they hang my call twice when i told them to transfer my call to main head executive. @VodafoneIN is such careless company. shame on you @VodafoneIN

    @ViCustomerCare : I want to register one urgent complaint regarding huge invalid mobile internet charges being applied continuously on my 2 VI - Postpaid numbers. I am in international roaming and my data roaming has been always 'Off' & I havn't used any mobile internet service.

    @ViCustomerCare Why do you need to talk to me.I already told you the error in your application.The coupon is applied but during checkout the coupon gets removed. Can U imagine how many people recharging to save Rs 20 which you never provide them. You show them discount but you never provide them

    @ViCustomerCare Poor network in North Goa today...Had to use airplane mode multiple times just to get some extra speed...Its showing 4G but works like 2G

    @ViCustomerCare support team Sir there was VI network connection problem since few days. I complained to the company about it. Now VI's network is working very well. As soon as there was a problem,we reported it. Now helped us by taking proper notice on my complaint.Thank you

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup already Vodafone lost 10-12 customer due to this reason , if we reacharge unlimited 700₹-800₹ -1000₹ then why Vodafone give free callers tune service to the customer... @TRAI
