    @ViCustomerCare This is poor quality of service due to which people are leaving you. The latest complaint number is MNG-V00858615485. Can u please look into it and resolve asap? He is a senior citizen and facing lots of issues due to this

    So @ViCustomerCare doubled my plan charges by just sending me an SMS and without taking informed consent. Each call still takes minimum 3 tries to connect. Now bills are all double/triple of what they used to be. And CC just doesn't want to help. Terrible state of affairs.

    @ViCustomerCare My father in law raised multiple complaints for him not being able to call jio numbers from his vi number. Everytime they just change the status of the complaint to resolved without actually resolving. He is still not able to call jio numbers.
