@sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Voda Idea is worst when it comes to customer service. I think TRAI should make porting to another service provider easier. New service provider should be allowed to collect the dues & these service providers should then settle account between them.

@sanjeevsanyal @ViCustomerCare @TRAI Has happened to me few years ago. Even after paying the dues, i was called up repeatedly by some law firm in Jaipur on behalf of Vodafone. Was made to pay random crap "or else case in Jaipur court" .
