    My Vi network is unstable with poor coverage inside the house and showing 3G or H+ instead of 4G. I complained about it but they always said it will be fixed but nothing changes. @TRAI @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I filed a complaint about a network issue yesterday, and within hours you sent me a message saying the complaint was resolved. My problem is not solved. You shuld hve confirmed with me before closing the complaint. customer care rep are arrogant. @jagograhakjago

    @ViCustomerCare VI most unprofessional company my new connection is barred due to verification pending where as my verification is done twice this is my second tweet customer care is calling and not able to solve problem I will surrender and go to other provider very pathetic co.
