@ViCustomerCare Still haven’t received any positive response from the Vi team regarding my complaint. Is this how Vi treats its customers? Poor service like this once hurt the company’s growth and led to the merger with Idea -looks like the same mistakes are being repeated again.

@TRAI @DoT_India @ViCustomerCare I recharged ₹155 plan (24 days) on my Vodafone number. Incoming calls & normal SMS work, but I’m not receiving OTPs from Policybazaar, banks, etc. Vi says this plan “doesn’t support OTPs” — this violates TRAI’s essential SMS delivery rules.

@ViCustomerCare went to Vi store kharadi Pune for postpaid to prepaid. Staff pruthviraj said backend not working, when asked details he called staff shifa, she said it be done only after bill is generated and there is no pronrata billing. Will port to @JioCare or @airtelindia
