  @TRAI I activated my international roaming on @ViCustomerCare however on reaching Sri Lanka my outgoing calls were not working.Inspite of complaining immediately after landing in Colombo there was problem in accessing data as well as outgoing calls.

  @ViCustomerCare Stuck on Day-1, Porting from jio to Vi GoG postpaid plan. My jio network gone and Vi network not activating to Esim. Its been 3 hrs of back and forth request/process still no luck. :(

  @ViCustomerCare this is very frustrating abt Vodafone Mayur Vihar phase 1 Delhi store that untrained staff's foolishness n attitude n customer is left for visiting store again n again like govt dept, neither nodal nor appellate team serious abt it for years.

  @ViCustomerCare, extre disappointed with the service at your Aurangabad, Bihar store (MG Rd, nr JK Hotel). The staff's behave was unprofessional and brutal. I went to buy a new SIM and select a number, but the partner refu to cooperate, acting as if they aren't a formal Vi store.

  @ViCustomerCare Most hopeless post paid service providers. No resolution for complaints regarding my incorrect name on the Vi app and otherwise. Replaced my official name to a name of their vhoice.Terrible personal experience. Do not go for this IRRESPONSIBLE Vi Mobile.
