@ViCustomerCare Patience has a limit, and the amount of torture you guys have put me through in recent past right from activation to verification and now even after bill payments makes me wonder why I'm still on your network. Once the 90 day period is done, I'm leaving for good.

@ViCustomerCare someone converted my father’s prepaid connection to postpaid connection, when we went to store instead of helping they have asked him to keep it. Pathetic! He had this connection when it was Orange. Can you help me to reverse this?
