  I am a VI customer for over 10 yrs and recently found @ViCustomerCare again started deducting money from my prepaid no for services which was never activated. I don't know how many customers have been cheated like this already by VI. @TRAI could please take cognizance of it?

  @akshayamoondra @ViCustomerCare Sir, request your intervention as my number was barred without any reason on 1st Oct'22, have been punished for being a loyal customer for >8 yrs. Also after activation of full DND I am receiving soliciting calls everyday and no action taken by Vi

  @ViCustomerCare pathetic service by Vi Store Garia and IVR team. Got new SIM to upgrade from 2G to 4G, was assured by the store staff that it will be activated within 1 hour, already past 4 hrs still waiting. Upon calling IVR, response is they haven't received any request yet.
