    @ViCustomerCare from the last one month I'm facing too much difficulty while getting call or doing call even I did not get OTP on time. Most of times call is disconnected automatically. Is that kind of your network service?

    @ViCustomerCare - customer service confirmed over phone that Shopprix Mall, sector 61, Noida retailer cheat and has not done FRC from his side , hence causing issue in system.
