@mark555gaming @ViCustomerCare #vi is waste network, they are not going to provide any best service. Still not able to provide Vowifi and no updates on 5G. Very poor 4G indoor coverage.

@ViCustomerCare You have such a waste app, which is unable to raise complaints. No number of vodafone care whom we can talk. In the middle of a well developed city, on a bright sunny day your calling network are dropping as well as no Internet connection is poor inspite of 4g😡

@raghucc24 @ViCustomerCare It won't come to South India. #vi it's only meant for North India. In DM they will say they don't have any timeline. Or they will say their network team is going on working and they don't know when they will stop. They will inform you, once available.

@ViCustomerCare I am leaving Vi because they refused to lodge my complaint because I didn’t share alternative contact no.. So no alternative no.. they will not raise the complaint without no.

@ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare Grievance has been registered at the Consumer Forum. Very disappointed with Vi's low quality service that pays litttle to no attention to its services and support to consumers.
