I've converted my VI prepaid to VI postpaid 20 days back. I don't like the services. Now I want to discontinue the Postpaid asap. And your staff's behaviour is one of the worst in the Durgapur VI store, WB, denied me to provide any support regarding this @ViCustomerCare @TRAI
