@ViCustomerCare hi.I recharged a number via @Amazonin12 on 3/12/21.the packs reflected are still old prices,totally not my fault.Becos of that,the data network is not working at all. And your customer care is not addressing the issue. Who do I sue ? Vi network or amazon ?

@ViCustomerCare absolutely rubbish service when I did recharge before my current pack expiry. Illogical data allocation. I did recharge of 901 Rs and promised to get 3 gb/day. But surprisingly I got only 1 gb/day. Called customer care and they happy to port out the customer.
