Hi @rmstakkar I had vi number 7718884343. 6 months back I ported out since thn VI is delaying refund the excess amount I had paid. For 6 months i have been talking with @ViCustomerCare and they are not helping at all. Can you help? Not a big money but its a matter of ethics.

@ViCustomerCare लगता है Vi का सीम लेके गलती कर दी। Very slow internet. Internet speed fluctuates intermittently. If issue is not resolved, I will switch to another network. Even your chat support service is pathetic.

Really very disappointed with the service of @ViCustomerCare in my locality. My whole recharge goes in vain all the time. So poor network, can't even make local calls. Please resolve the issue if possible. I am frustrated! #VI #vodafoneidea

@ViCustomerCare hey is your customer care on strike or shut down. Still my issue not resolved from 2 months. Even SBI is even faster than you. Atleast tell na that you cant resolve the issue rather than just ignoring.
