    @ViCustomerCare You are changing exactly booked a sim online on 23 rd August and you are not able to deliver it till today. Customer care is pathetic as hell this is when someone buys a new fancy number and want to get on board on your network, you your self don't want customer.

    @ViCustomerCare @jagograhakjago pls note that there’s been a recurring bill as per the plan chosen for about 800 rupees that i’m paying Vi and have not been getting desired network beyond 1 or 2 bars, let alone 5G. #SRKonVi

    @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India For the past month, the network drops constantly, internet stops working for 30 minutes after running for just 5 minutes, and 'G' appears. Completely poor service! Please resolve this permanently. #Vi #VodafoneIdea #NetworkIssue

    @ViCustomerCare I am using current number since 9 years i have only one problem, ward,opd and emergency of Safdarjung Hospital has only availability of airtel network, just insure that network of vi will be available there, I’ll switch
