  @ViCustomerCare Why has Vi suddenly blocked incoming SMS/OTP while roaming abroad and started asking for 118? Your website says incoming SMS on International Roaming are free. Why charge customers now for a service that was working until yesterday?

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Naseem, “delete the numbers for privacy” is just damage control. Those numbers belong to Vi and are making marketing calls. Privacy for the spammer is not your job. Action is.

  @ViCustomerCare What exactly are customers paying for? A month ago, I reported your terrible internet service—still no improvement. Now even calls are dropping and failing. Internet gone, calling gone… only the bill arrives on time. Absolutely pathetic service! Fix it NOW.

  @ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Ishaque, I will not delete the number. It is a Vi number used for marketing calls, not mine. Asking me to hide it is not a resolution. Disconnect it and confirm publicly
