    @ViCustomerCare Just by making note and not resolving the issue is painful. I am forced to port all numbers now. Seems VI don't value a relationship of 15 years also.

    @ViCustomerCare I have already bought another SIM which we are using for Data support..On one side you are charging me bill and parrallely I am spending on another SIM for data support. Either fix the issue or admit your failure.
