@ViCustomerCare Unable to use Vi VoLTE on my number even after the settings are turned on, I'm using Galaxy S20 FE which supports Vi VoLTE and it's unavailable on my number! Did multiple restarts but unable to use. Kindly active my VoLTE Service on my Vi Number,Kindly takeaction.

@ViCustomerCare can you PLEASE tell me, when will my agony be over? I have explained my issue to more than 10 agents, 2 supervisers and one manager. I was either disconnected from the call or was asked to wait for 24-48 days repeatedly for 10 days and this cycle continues.
