    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup I converted my mobile number 8128011100 from postpaid to prepaid & paid first recharge at the same time on Vodafone Mini Store, Khodiyar colony, Jamnagar for rupees 177 but my new card doesn't activated & when I asked to customer care executive......

    No resolution ever after 72 Hrs, whereas I have paid money in advance. Pathetic that @vodafone in India is headed by bunch of unprofessionals. Even after payment and lapse of 72 Hrs, several follow ups and calls to Customer Care @ViCustomerCare is not able to deliver a new SIM.

    @ViCustomerCare I accidentally recharged the WRONG Vi mobile number via Google Pay today. I request your urgent help in reversing/cancelling the recharge and refunding the amount, if possible. The incorrectly recharged number: +91 8000******* Please help me resolve this issue. 🙏

    @ViCustomerCare I didn't get any help from your team, I really feel ashamed of using the VI sim for more than 15 years, this is how to treat with your renowned customer. Airtel is far better than VI. @airtelindia

    Whenever I call the same number a second time, the call does not connect it tells "This call may be from a spammer. Stay alert." I have to dial a third time for the call to connect. Please resolve this issue ASAP @TRAI @ViCustomerCare
