    @ViCustomerCare How USELESS ARE YOU AND YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE 3 NUMBERS. THERE IS ONE NUMBER SUSPENDED WHICH IS THE ONE THAT THE COMPLAINT IS REGISTERED ON.     @ViCustomerCare Don't buy vi or port to other network. Their customer support system very bad. Didn't satisfy from vi customer support system. They didn't solve my issue.

    @ViCustomerCare poor services being g provided. Not sending the network settings. Failed to compare with other network providers. Browsing can not be done facing inconvenience while opening ans site. Let the VI think and make the network speed better in future

    Dear @ViCustomerCare @ViBusinessIndia , It’s been 71+ hours and my SIM is still not delivered. I’ll be going out of city in the next 1–2 hours for a few days. If it will fail, don’t blame me for not receiving it — this delay is on your end, not mine. Really disappointing service

    @ViCustomerCare The link you provided is for home delivery KYC. I want to perform 'Self-KYC' online by myself without any agent visit, which Jio is already offering in Ratlam (457001). Why is this specific digital service not available for my area on Vi? Please provide a solution for online Skyc

    @ViCustomerCare Furthermore, the phone number (155223) you provided to deactivate the OTT services is not working. Since it was activated from your end, please deactivate it yourselves. You have made life very complicated for two elderly people.
