    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup I converted my mobile number 8128011100 from postpaid to prepaid & paid first recharge at the same time on Vodafone Mini Store, Khodiyar colony, Jamnagar for rupees 177 but my new card doesn't activated & when I asked to customer care executive......

    @ViCustomerCare extremely bad service from this network. I recently ported my number from Airtel and now number is suspended for verification. It is 7 days and no resolution. Escalation has no meaning. Pathetic service. Do not make this mistake and regret.

    @ViCustomerCare I’m not able to connect to any network with international roaming enabled here in Santa Clara, California. Can you help me with this? All the service providers are connecting absolutely fine with @airtelindia sims. Refund me the pack charges and I’ll use Airtel.

    @ViCustomerCare prepaid number, charged upto December but no outgoing for past two days. Tried your app & all internet solutions but to no avail. You keep redirecting to register complaint but don't register one. Pathetic service. Contemplating changeover to Jio.
