    @ViCustomerCare We have been Charged ISD call rates for a few local numbers from Bharti Airtel, that is 12 Rs Per Minute. I had Registered a complaint for Excess Data charges & ISD Calling charges on Local Vodafone and Airtel numbers from India.

    @VodafoneUK @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India I think my home struck with 2 vi tower. Poor 4g coverage..no improvement...so many complaints but no resolutions. 2-3 towers available with in 600 meters.. poor vi network

    @ViCustomerCare I've had a terrible day so far, thanks to you guys. Whether I make or receive a call, the other person is unable to hear me. At first I thought it was my phone but it clearly isn't as I restarted and also used a different sim in my phone and it worked fine. #Help

    @ViCustomerCare I am unable to access zoom app on your network. It has been more than a week. In the past, apps like Amazon and Twitter were blocked on my Vi network. Kindly solve asap.
