    @ViCustomerCare Why am I receiving all these spam calls all the time? 5-6 calls a day. I am your premiumest (RedX) customer and of course on DND. People call me from random numbers and start blabbering in Hindi asking if I am Uday, Vivek, Amit....

    @ViCustomerCare some 3-4 days ago Company's technician visited my place... after that, till yesterday, internet connectivity and speed was better... the problem started from yesterday between 8:00 to 8:15... please resolve urgently...

    @ViCustomerCare I have no network in my house. I have been complaining since feb 2022. They say your request has been processed, you are in low network zone. 90 days to solve an ongoing complaint but the company does not keep complaints older than 3 months? Loophole?
