    @ViCustomerCare needed help with my bill. I have been told that with entertainment 499 plan,Amazon prime membership for 1 year will be provided free of cost. I have opted that plan but now I am finding that I have been charged annual fee for same. Why such kind of things done?

    @ViCustomerCare I may claim myself the most consistent customer, all starts from Orange and my dad's Siemens handset. More than 20 yrs, never ever give up, 5 yr abroad stay too. Now irregularities in invoicing & unfair trade practice makes me sad indeed 😢 SR: 3-107928576321
