@ViCustomerCare we found that issue is in a card that needs to be replaced. VI service center person requested us to visit the nearest service center for replacing the card. but due to lockdown, I m unable to visit a service center. Requesting you to support the SIM card 1/2

@ViCustomerCare @DoT_India @ITS_MoC Dear DoT Even after so many complaints against Vi operator, I’m continuously facing network issues along with call drops. I’m worried why there is 90days portability restrictions? I’m not even able to port it to other operators.

@ViCustomerCare I am a postpaid customer of Vodafone then idea and then VI for more then 10years. And I have 3 postpaid numbers. Still nobody cares from VI. PATHETIC STATE OF AFFAIRS

@arunbothra @ViCustomerCare - The worst customer care,where no real action and no one can come to a conclusion only apologies, constant use of the word "sorry"!, and no call backs!, so much so that had to pay the bill and port the last resort which was the ultimately the best resort! 💯✅👍.
