And face the same issue @ViCustomerCare wantedly disabling the customer sim, and forcing them to move postpaid to retain that number Kindly confirm whether u informed them to do it, or they r doing it.

ankit kumar (@Pranjalsabtak) reported@ViCustomerCare from last 5 years pin code 828135 have a 2g coverage area and some time there will be complete outage for the 2g as well.... Better to stop your service for that region where you are operationally fail.
