    @Bharat_raj96 @ViCustomerCare You are lucky. Mine experience is totally the opposite. It was pretty good in the early days when I ported from another network. Last year and a half, it has become the worst. Regular network outage running upto 2 days, incompetent support. No wonders Vi will soon shutdown too.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, there is no network on my father’s Vodafone prepaid no. in Kolkata since yesterday night.He’d called yesterday Cust. Care to be told that there was indeed some network issue & will be resolved by midnight. But as I write, there is no network.This is pathetic.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneGroup should be ashamed to treat their customers like this pandemic or no pandemic. It makes no sense for someone to go out and come in contact with people when any kind of verification can easily be done online.
