@hiway @ViCustomerCare They have been pulling this nonsense for a while now, I remember raising complaints as far back as 2016. If only @TRAI actually did useful work we would have this sh*t shut down as soon as it cropped up. I mean why would anyone subscribe to a ****** VAS in the age of internet??

@ViCustomerCare I am so tired of your fruitless calls and customer care. I am not able to use my phone since yesterday with no fault of mine and customer care says it will take more 3/4 days. How am I supposed to do my chores without phone? I am done with your services.

@ViCustomerCare guys, this is frustrating! Getting 6-8 calls and messages from vodafone to pay some others number!? I dont even know who’s number is that!! I even called your customer care and informed them too! If you don’t resolve this, i will take some serious action

Miserable service by @ViCustomerCare. For the past 2 months, they've been billing me with International Roaming charges unnecessarily. Despite of giving facts & having 2 open complaints regarding the bills, their team shamelessly calls us to pay the bill before due date.
