    @ViCustomerCare Connected the Vodafone Idea store and the local appellate on a call—both just passed the buck, asking me to call the other. Meanwhile the SIM is still dead. Everything is linked to this number. What kind of apathetic service is this, @ViCustomerCare?

    @ViCustomerCare Hi, I was promised the sim card two days back , KYC done , amount paid and now the sim card is cancelled and amount credited back to the account ! What sort of service is this @VodafoneIN_News ? I am an existing customer for last 20 yrs .....

    @ViCustomerCare “You already know what I’ve raised. I’m sure many Vi customers are facing the same issue. For a ₹600 bill, the constant pre-due-date calls are excessive and unnecessar this isn’t a loan recovery. Please stop these calls immediately.”

    Dear @ViCustomerCare, I am extremely disappointed with the delay in my Tele-verification process. Despite multiple attempts, the verification is not going through, and I am unable to use my services. Please look into this urgently and resolve the issue. #Vi #CustomerService
