    @mangalam99 respected Sir, due to your worst network Rs. 149 recharge got done twice, no money returned. Last 5 days making Rs. 16 data recharge, but unable to use data. Hope you are not looting your customers to clear your debt's. @Idea @VodafoneIN

    So, it has been 96 hours since @ViCustomerCare assured of an "immediate" resolution. This seems to be a highly 'efficient' system of customer grievance resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare how often are songs updated on the VI callertune app, as most of the songs are not there.neither old nor new. Not having as much songs available for callertune would be my last issue to port out.

    2.25 I recharged of Rs. 16, @Idea chor service provider looted data and my Rs. 16 and says on 2:28 data was consumed by me. Chor hai @Idea @VodafoneIN
