    @ViCustomerCare the most disappointing experience at your vi store. I have lost my vodafone sim in UK and now i want to request ownership transfer to my brother but the branch refused to do so. If i were airtel customer, this would not have happened.

    @ViCustomerCare Very Pathetic service and unprofessional attitude of your employees, they are not even able to get the replaced sim active and given their false commitment for the same.

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing too much issue in your service..volte get disconnected, call automatically cut off, internet won't work and after complaining so many time there is no change in service.I port from Jio to VI but facing the roaming so i buy new Vi sim but same problem.

    @ViCustomerCare Trying to send sms from my Vodafone number but it is being delivered after one-two minutes after sending. Facing this problem from yesterday. Contacted ur customer care service at 198 but no help received. Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Swaroop/team VI - instead of repeating the same lines - why don't you guys explain in public domain - how on the earth u activate outdated VAS without customers consent ?? Why every time when I have cash balance ur system activates the crap VAS to pay you ??

    @ViCustomerCare I've recharged to a number. But that sim doesn't activated even after one hour. Please clear the issue or refund the amount.
