  @ViCustomerCare Just now customer care called saying technical team has resolved the issue And immediately after call network went to 2G Right now 4G strength is down to 2 bars with super slow data speed Also network is switching between 2g, 3g,4g

  @ViCustomerCare Someone has used my aadhar number and bought a connection on March. I got a call from Vodafone customer care office in Perungudi, Chennai asking me to pay the pending due of ~₹4000. This is a clear case of fraud where another person has used my aadhar number /n

  @pib_comm why don't goverment take an action by panalty on call drop or slow internet speed prividing by the telecome company @ViCustomerCare.Even they are collecting higher charges on IVR calling on any customer care but the network quality they are decreasing day by day. Shame

  @Airtel_Presence dear team how do i port my sim from @ViCustomerCare . Their application doesn't work, internet doesn't work and i was not in India for 3 years and i see negative balance. It's complete mess !
