    @ViCustomerCare @vodafoneIN_Fdtn @PMOIndia Last year I tried to port but cancelled it. Now they are giving call from fake number and in a haste they are making customer to send porting cancel call. They are holding on my porting request. This is very painful process.

    @ViCustomerCare worstest service provider ever, I trying to recharge for to extend validity but my rupees cut from bank but haven't showing from VI App, also I called in customer service but your company haven't received my call.

    Vi is worst service provider. Despite paying my postpaid Bills,outgoing services on my number is barred from last 15 days. I put several efforts- sent emails, visited Vi store, WhatsApp msg and call to customer care but all went in vain. @TRAI @AdityaBirlaGrp @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare I had issue with my recharge.. My first recharge with 51.. I want to change it.. And second with 10 is not reflected in my account..

    @ViCustomerCare Can u pls confirm what resolution hs been provided in the very conveniently 'closed' SR #4-120551895913? Network speeds are pathetic and nowhere near even 2G standards, let alone so called 4G.Have raised a fresh SR #4-121012843483 that might have the same fate.
