    @ViCustomerCare I hope you are not joking. How do you plan to reach me if your network strength is poor. Also without the VoLTE service your systems are configured to not allow normal calls to connect. Can you send a technician?

    @ViCustomerCare I have a bunch of DMs from VI representatives just copy pasting the same msg...asking me to go to a voda store to resolve the issue inspite of me saying it is not possible as I am in US. Pathetic customer care. Kindly give some feasible solution.

    @ViCustomerCare Have been ur customer since 2018. But because of the pre call announcements before every call.. just because my payment is delayed a little is unacceptable..! Hence on 1st july 2022. I am porting out to another network #HappyToHelp

    Worst worst network @ViCustomerCare forgot about the 4G network, you can not provide the good calling network also. I am thinking to stop recharging it. A single YouTube and other social platforms page takes 3-5 min to load it properly. Surely porting to @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare Can you verify if your VoLTE service is down in Whitefield, Bangalore? At least show some sense of urgency and provide voWifi services in Karnataka circle. Neither do you install a signal booster inspite of repeated network complaints.
