    @ViCustomerCare Dont buy vodafone. Its a crap network and I have been complaining about its network since 4 years. They bluntly deny that no further enhancement is possible in your area & also not give a single rs discount. Network team useless & Appalate fooling customers.

    @ViCustomerCare we tried calling customer care but 199 never connects and same is 198 which is your complaint only number. We tried reaching out to Vi care outlets over phone but no one is responding. Dropped an email to you guys but no reply. What the hell should we do??

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS What kind of network is this? sucks. From last 3-4 years I am using your service. Everytime I faced internet issue. I wasn't concerned much then but in lockdown I need internet for college, Project. You guys are really crap.

    @ViCustomerCare This is very much frustrating in current pandemic situation when your primary number is switched off without any reason. What id some emergency came and she wants to contact anyone, how will she do? Worst customer care experience ever with Vi.
