@ViCustomerCare My SMS service is not working for 4 days now. I have registered complaints as well as Sent DM to you but no action to resolve the issue yet. SMS stops (no sending/receiving) whenever OTP is to be received from bank. What is the problem?

@ViCustomerCare There is nothing to check its Repeatedly sayin the expected time of resolution is 17th feb which about get over in almost 1 hour. Really sad and frustrating.

@ViCustomerCare is allowing @Paytm for recharge and sending messages of recharge but not giving services of that pack and their representative is saying "we don't give service after recharge from 3rd party but only from our app", then why you collect money from 3rd party for this
