    @ViCustomerCare Got an awful experience while performing online recharge from the official Vi app. Amount was debited from my bank account but the recharge failed. Executive told to wait for 7 days for refund.7 days complete still got no refund A big Shame on your service Vi !!!

    @ViCustomerCare @ZEE5Premium I had just switched to VI but it's a huge disappointment for me. Too slow Internet I even can't stream online videos properly. Now ,again my mind has changed to switch on another telecom company. Please do something or I haven't any option left.

    @ViCustomerCare my other number was supposed to get activated in 24 hours. Its well over 48 hours and still no service. I get the below message. Hello! We regret to inform that your recharge was unsuccessful. In case money is debited, the amount will be refunded in 7 days.

    @ViCustomerCare I raised atleast 3 complaints on the same with customer care. Amnt has been debited from my account and txn details clearly shows amt credited to vodafone idea. then why blame and harass the customer with call debarring and no. Blocking. Seems truly unprofessional and unethical.
