    @ViCustomerCare Two visits to a Vi store later my sim card is still not activated. Now they want me to go to the store for the THIRD time! I have been using this number for the past TEN years. This is what you put the customer through in the name of customer care?

    @ViCustomerCare My Vi number is 9798799999 which by the way is a VIP paid number. They restricted incoming 6 months ago and outgoing has been barred since a month. Customer care says that it has been ported to Jio. Both the companies have basically joined hands to steal it.

    @ViCustomerCare What a fantastic support. Unable to fix a simple port sms error for a week and informing that problem will be solved in 2h, increased to 6h, and then 24 h, and now i understood that ur customer care support is nonsense. U r just passing the time

    @msprgup @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia If you are also too much harassed by the worst telecom operator of India which is THE AIRTEL Then do this 👇🏼 Dial National Consumer Helpline and bang them nicely :) 14404 / 1800114000 Be aware , know ur rights , and aware others too 🙏🏻💪🏼

    @ViCustomerCare Hello, your network is weak and I'm suffering from this network. It pushes me to port in another network. I also complained in your vi app but no response yet. Plz solve this problem as fast as you can.
