  @ViCustomerCare Why has Vi suddenly blocked incoming SMS/OTP while roaming abroad and started asking for 118? Your website says incoming SMS on International Roaming are free. Why charge customers now for a service that was working until yesterday?

  @ViCustomerCare i have applied for a sim , i am trying to port my existing sim to vi i have completed the process in online but the offline executives are saying they will not spend time on online orders and is not processing and saying they will cancel the request from their end
