  @ViCustomerCare I received the call from you and we talked. You need to take action against such sales executives. Her name was Rani and branch was Raichura Circle, Borivali West. They wanted just our money rather than resolving our problem. They made my uncle sit for 1.5 2 hours due to this.

  Hey @ViCustomerCare Your Vi store executive imposed and convinced me to convert my 16-year-old mobile number from prepaid to postpaid. Within just one month, the number was permanently deactivated. This wasn’t just any number it belonged to my late father, and I had kept it active as a cherished memory. Your executives are literally scammers who unnecessarily force postpaid connections on customers. I expect a proper explanation and an immediate investigation into how a 16-year-old number could be permanently deactivated so quickly?? And help me to get it back asap.

  @ViCustomerCare To check Balance DATA, why USSD of VODA subscribers doesn't work? Is it compulsory to download 'VODA' apk for each & every silly query? I am not at all interested in VODA apk, it's heavy & useless I'hv taken up all my network & connectivity issues several times but in vain
