  @ViCustomerCare ordered a new Sim from Vi app with a selected number but getting a call from Vi that we are unable provide u that number. Pathetic service by Vi and no value to customer. It’s time to switch to other service provider #SwitchVi #fraudVi

  @ViCustomerCare Hi.Just purchased a VI sim.I've a lot things in my mind but I'm utterly disappointed to say the least. The net speed is so slow that I couldn't even push this tweet through nd had to switch to my alternative network.All the ads for THIS? If anything, fix this ASAP

  @ViCustomerCare I am feeling cheated. I am a very old customer of yours and lately Vodafone Vi has been charging me for calls I did not make and not giving clear explanations and only blindly asking to accept the charges. It is happening month on month.. Please help. Thanks
