Day by day Vodafone's service is getting worse to worsen. Right now wrong recharge related information are being given from the customer care side as well.Think twice before a member of Vi family. I am Vi customer since 2012 @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare What is this, No 1st Recharge Done ? MNP dinner on 8th day and that too no recharge is done by ur retailer, After he had shown me the screen that recharge is done on the day I had done MNP. So bad service on first day of @ViCustomerCare Didn't expect this?
