Nothing just Vi things now every 2 days. You call customer care they'll register your complaint you will recieve message regarding that complaint and boom you'll have good speed for 2-3 days. And then again back to normal slow speed! @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India

@ViCustomerCare: as usual disappointment with you.Went to your Karve road, Pune branch. No one was able to solve the concern & top to that, in charge person was unavailable and when I said will wait for her to come, employees told she may not come!!Is this way u treat customers!

Shifted from Jio to Vi @ViCustomerCare, and on the first day itself realised my mistake. Worst network speed. Everything is just keep on buffering. Worse thing is recharged for 6 Months. #Wasteofmoney Check DM for contact details.
