    @ViCustomerCare don't you have any kind of basic training to the associates working in Vi Mini store. ? Lady working at Srinivasnagar, Bangalore (Sri Kannika Enterprises) is least bothered to provide service & was busy in her mobile and also refused to provide conversion service

    @ViCustomerCare dear vi why don't you provide free callertune like as other services provided do to their customer. Because I am also a vi user for last 5 years and I know many people leave vi only because of free callertune problem. Please lookin into this matter.

    @ViCustomerCare as now a days Vodafone customer are decreasing they are charging unnecessary charges/ deductions, to fill up the gap... Fraudulent deductions, without reason.

    @ViCustomerCare I have recharged my number twice after expiry. However, the number is not getting activated! It is causing inconvenience to my day to day work. Unfortunately there is no option addressing my issue on your IVR system. Please resolve the issue asap.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare No need to help me any further. HELP YOURSELF by having right trained people and better network. Already registered for @reliancejio home sim delivery process.
