    @ViCustomerCare why on the earth is your service the worst? You legit show us 5G and call drop rates, no voice heard, is so so common on every single call. Why can’t you improve it? 😡

    @ViCustomerCare My issue is not resolved, so finally I'm broken my SIM and i suggest to everyone to not buy VI sim and port in VI.

    @ViCustomerCare Highly disappointed. Promised a new connection within 24 hours, but it’s been over 48 hours with no installation and no proper update. If commitments can’t be honored, they shouldn’t be made. This is unacceptable customer service. #Disappointed #UnhappyNewCustomer
