    @ViCustomerCare Hi!! I am still waiting for revert or action. The way Vodafone taking my case it looks like there is no interest in providing resolution. Let me confirm otherwise I will port my all numbers

    @ViCustomerCare Just saying that avoid entering incorrect number is not correct. Pls note that the problem occurred in VI APP where I chose profile of 81xxxxxx41 but at time of recharge it got automatically changed to default profile number of 91xxxxxx93. Its problem at your APP end.

    @ViCustomerCare I have sent you more than twenty five emails in last one and half months, but there has been no rectification. Called on 199 etc, visited Vi store twice. No resolution. Most hopeless service

    @ViCustomerCare Payment accepted through the official Vi App, but the service was never activated and the SIM still shows “No Service”. Multiple calls, emails, and complaints later, still no proper resolution. Requesting immediate refund/reversal.@ConsumerVoiceIn @ViNewsOfficial

    My indoor network issue remains unresolved still @ViCustomerCare
