    @ViCustomerCare I have Visited your Park Street office Thrice and Not Able To Shift My Post Paid To Pre Paid. The Person In The Counter always Say I need to Come Tomorrow. What is This. Why Cant u Change a Post Paid To Pre Paid in Single Visit ? Why dnt u hav Digital Solution ?

    Shame @ViCustomerCare ! Your Vi stores are not leaving poor people in scamming. Vodafone converted prepaid to postpaid and the poor lady is struggling to pay a postpaid bill. Her monthly income is just ₹3k & these guys scammed her!

    @ViCustomerCare Network issues are caused due to low balance, don't you understand this, You guys are playing dumb, just to harass the customer. Refund all the money you deducted, let me know the cause of issues, why those false calls are showing on my bill? You are not sharing any info 😡🤬

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare No response in DM yet. Issue still unresolved. ₹398 MNP plan par “UL Data” dikhaya gaya tha, lekin sirf 1GB/day mil raha hai. Please resolve urgently or I will proceed with PG Portal complaint. #VI #MNP #ConsumerRights
