    Is this what you call 5G service, @ViCustomerCare? Paying for 5G but experiencing low-quality 2G/3G speeds. Your connectivity is getting worse every day. This is a complete waste of my money😪

    @ViCustomerCare this is very frustrating abt Vodafone Mayur Vihar phase 1 Delhi store that untrained staff's foolishness n attitude n customer is left for visiting store again n again like govt dept, neither nodal nor appellate team serious abt it for years.

    @ViCustomerCare Since last night, my number has not been activated after porting. There has been no response from customer service. It looks like I made a big mistake by porting my number to Vi. #MNP
