    @ViCustomerCare very poor network or I would say no network some place. I recharge with 249 Rs but all lost, seems a kind of a donation. VI sim showing emergency most of the time. Very poor service by Vodafone-idea.

    It seems Mr Birla @AdityaBirlaGrp has employed an old tactic to pay #vodafoneidea dues- send inflated bills to its subscribers by making them to pay for "VAS" charges which the subscribers had never activated. Well Done Birla jee... @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare new plans with no outgoing sms is allowed are ridiculous. If I am sending sms you can use charge me but not allowing it, really pathetic. That's why you are losing customers. One more down...
