    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneUK i chose #Redx plan just coz of better data speed. But i am getting lesser speed than prepaid. Call drops in ever call. No one is listening in customer care too.

    @ViCustomerCare Priority my foot! Simple bill resolution issues, you guys committed something, you can't do I would pay you last time and switch over. You guys lie to your teeth when you have to sell a sim card. And after that all stories!

    @ViCustomerCare @DisneyplusHSVIP Your network sucks You internet speed is worse Voice call quality is poor I hardly get 100kbps between 7PM and 12PM I thought jio was bad but really your network is the WORST And now I have to wait for a month to port.

    @ViCustomerCare I am facing net speed issue and customer care not supporting. If I am paying money to get good service and it's not satisfactory with Vi service, so why not I should choose some other company. We are a user of your services not a beggar to call again and again 9454389665

    @ViCustomerCare More than 72 hours, still waiting for new sim to get activated. Worst customer care service, executive says no user registered against the number, first recharge of 297/- also done 72 hours back along with the new Sim but the sim yet to be activated.
