    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneUK i chose #Redx plan just coz of better data speed. But i am getting lesser speed than prepaid. Call drops in ever call. No one is listening in customer care too.

    @ViCustomerCare @VodaIdea_NEWS u hv charged me for a service that u hvnt been able to provide. Vodafone roaming service is sad. cudn't use it beyond 5days on my trip & had2 manage with wifi etc. Disgusting. ur automated mail responses are useless!!! Pls resolve my bills asap!!

    @ViCustomerCare I need to transfer the ownership of my no. which is in my dad’s name to my name. But we live in different cities. You expect me or him to travel 10hrs just for this? You have a process for owners abroad but not residents of this country?? Pathetic customer service

    @ViCustomerCare Worst service in my place in Bangalore. Have raised multiple requests only to acknowledge by the team, yes network coverage is not adequate. Forget about making calls, can't even receive OTP or sms. Are you guys serious on your business!!!!

    my mobile data is not working since the last four hours despite being on a postpaid plan i just got off from a call to your customer care and it was pretty much useless the guy just filed a complaint and said my issue should be resolved by 17th sept @ViCustomerCare
