@VodafoneIN @VodafoneUK i chose #Redx plan just coz of better data speed. But i am getting lesser speed than prepaid. Call drops in ever call. No one is listening in customer care too.

@ViCustomerCare You are just sharing a general information on that time when I suffered with two recharges, my question is if you had made any changes that effect customer response then why had you not publicize that plan through your different modes of communication like SMS, Blog etc.

@ViCustomerCare Normally there is no network of Vodafone Idea Sim, Miracle happen in some fraction of time. To alert via msg to pay postpaid bill or recharge prepaid balance. And after that Network is gone. Look likr Vodafone Idea Never Exist in India.

Vodafone-Idea (Vi or whatever it's called now) is the worst network in this country. Network speed is slower than a snail's funeral and they call themselves the fastest network in the country. @ViCustomerCare
