    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneUK i chose #Redx plan just coz of better data speed. But i am getting lesser speed than prepaid. Call drops in ever call. No one is listening in customer care too.

    @ViCustomerCare Is your network down in Lucknow (UP EAST) ?? Since yesterday, it is ruining all day. Network is jumping between "EDGE", "GPRS" & "4G". Not getting 4G. I ve complaint 10-15 times but nothing is changing. I m your user since 2014. Now I think it's time to move on.

    @ViCustomerCare vi app show wrong info,y such mischief happening ?data services i saw were expiring yesterday, now they show xpiring today., ur cust care dosent listen, bogus services, the net is worst in my area since last 2 days, vdeos not getting uploaded,u tube stops suddnly.

    @ViCustomerCare Just for address change you need 3 days and even after that its still not updated, even Vi management is also started lying.. for everything they only know one thing wait 24 hrs ..48 hrs .. Worst customer support, worst process, worst IT Sys

    @ViCustomerCare Vi cheated with me again & again vi gives me offer callertune on 199 recharge but in actual I have not found benefits it's cheating 4th time why vi liar what is issue of @ViCustomerCare give me full benifit if you cant give then tell me reason ?
