    @ViCustomerCare For sim upgrade your store charging Rs.100/- .... But other networks giving free Or Charging Rs.25/- .... Very Bad service...

    Biggest mistake i have done by recharging again @ViCustomerCare after a month, acha bhla jio ki speed le raha tha,700 rupay ka recharge krva liya ab 3 mahine wait krna padega port k liye, speed sucks 100kbps to 2mbps aur jio ki 40 se 50mbps hai mere yahan. #idea #vodafoneidea

    @ViCustomerCare Hey Recharge not got updated, recharged through my VI app. Transaction through Gpay. How worst quality you have, still I believe VI is the best Network.

    @shabinsajan @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare #Vi #VodafoneIdea Totally fed up from VI. In comparing to other operator, VI n/w is too pathetic and every time same response from CC that max optimization done in your area but still issue stand unresolved. Currently in Har location & speed is not upto the mark.
