    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneUK i chose #Redx plan just coz of better data speed. But i am getting lesser speed than prepaid. Call drops in ever call. No one is listening in customer care too.

    @ViCustomerCare You're a worst service provider. I've not receive the service benefits validity of 56days yet. I've already checked the details for both the VI numbers but still the benefits not credited yet. You're doing just fake commitment with the customers without any resolution.

    @ViCustomerCare network going from bad to worse in Mumbai 400022 and 400028. Made several complaints over years for 400022. Hopeless network team, so given up hope. Looking forward to porting out and new beginnings. #airtelmumbai @airtelindia

    @ViCustomerCare I've not receive any call from your end as you're there for doing just time pas. I've already shared all the details then why you're waiting for speak to the customer?? Why you're not transferred the benefits of thr validity for 56days for both the numbers which I've shared????

    @ViCustomerCare I HAVE JUST TAKEN NEW MOB NO & ACTIVATED THE SAME AS PER INSTRUCTIONS & RECEIVED A MESSAGE ACCORDINGLY BUT CUSTOMER CARE IS SAYING WAIT FOR 24 HOURS BUT YOU WOULD BE CHARGED FROM TODAY IS RIGHT ETHICS . AWATING YOUR ANSWER JUST TAKEN NEW NO TO CONTACT MY WIFE .

    @ViCustomerCare It has been a worst experience in this network since 4-5 days (Area: Bokajan,782480). Complained twice but till now no measures have been taken. Now I think it's time to port to some other network.

    i miss you @airtelindia kaash ye 90 days ka porting period na hota. @ViCustomerCare has badly hitted my business, everyone is getting busy tone or out of coverage even though fone is in network and idle .
