    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneUK i chose #Redx plan just coz of better data speed. But i am getting lesser speed than prepaid. Call drops in ever call. No one is listening in customer care too.

    @ViCustomerCare Called 199 to cancel the order and reported the issue, but the customer care rep suggests I visit the store! How’s this #contactless? And he just hung up on me when I asked for a resolution via senior staff. No ticket number provided despite request. #Vodafone

    @ViCustomerCare Extremely unprofessional and pathetic behaviour from VI as again closed my complaint without any resolution second time. Looks like you don’t want any customers and because of this attitude you are going bankrupt in India. I want to port my number…do the needful

    I had visited Dhanori Vi Centre for e sim service on the 25th July,from that date till today my mobile has been active for only 5 days, not sure what Vi staff are up-to they activate the number and then again deactivate the number, no proper process followed..1/1 @ViCustomerCare
