    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneUK i chose #Redx plan just coz of better data speed. But i am getting lesser speed than prepaid. Call drops in ever call. No one is listening in customer care too.

    @ViCustomerCare I think you are unable to help me. I have to transfer my number in another network operator. The behaviour of your customer care authority is as I am his chattels. ( However after calling many of times they receive the call one time).

    @ViCustomerCare vi postpaid service is worst in india. Don't go with Vodafone idea sim. I have face lots of problem of 4G connectivity.

    @ViCustomerCare Worst experience!!! I've been complaining about a sim card registered on my grandfather's name. The internet is not working and nobody is solving our prob and customer exec have been calling my grandfather to the store who has just recovered from Covid.
