@ViCustomerCare Received a call from your customer care executive. Was very impressed by her positive attitude despite my bringing up VI deficiencies and poor opinion abt VI. People like her do change a customers perspective towards a company. Keep it up 👍

My parents visited @ViCustomerCare to port out from Airtel prepaid. Insensitive executive duped them by selling postpaid plan. They we’re looking for stable network, now they will pay more for services which are not useful. How low on earth you can go!! @DoT_India @TRAI

@NarvijayYadav @ViCustomerCare Vi s today the worst service provider! Even my sister suffered the same issue. Her balance was about 120 Rs & within a period of 5-6 months she was left with Rs 10 despite using Unlimited plan. She kept calling the customer care but all efforts in vain!
