    @ViCustomerCare worst service i have ever using in my life. network problem, call drop, nd internet i dont know how people are suffering ur services. i post my sim from jio to idea but now i m waiting for completing me 90 days afterthat i can get port again in somewhere else but not in idea 🙏🙏

    @ViCustomerCare The issue is not related to Message Center, as I can perfectly send receive SMS and Calls from other numbers. It is just @TRAI UCC number 1909 that is not connecting.

    @ViCustomerCare I don't understand why we have to pay Rs.100 for upgrading your own sim?? Every store has shortage of sims and who ever has it they are asking for the charges. We are just upgrading your service and for that also we have to pay... Excellent Service...
