    @ViCustomerCare I’ll be waiting but can’t wait more so try to fix this issue soon. Otherwise, I won’t have any other option but to port out both my #VodafoneIdea numbers.

    @ViCustomerCare worst customer service i haven't ever seen .....your customer support put my call on hold for 7-8 minutes and then no response.....they asked me my location instead of solved my data deduction related issue , i called them many times but no response

    @ViCustomerCare my VI postpaid 9650994064 not working due to SIM issue. Visited vodafone store provided them with aadhar card but they were telling identification ID not matched. Mailed to corporatecare.india@vodafoneidea for activation of new SIM as per VI store but yet big NO

    @ViCustomerCare I don't know for what you guys get salary for,have raised 20-30 tickets regarding your network issue at my location,but you guys just close the ticket without even giving any f*ck about customer,refund my money if can't provide the service #vi #fraud #ShameOnYou

    @ViCustomerCare If VI has stopped so low that now you don't even wish to refund excess amount of ported out numbers then kindly refuse directly. Stop lying to your customers. Very bad experience with VI .

    @ViCustomerCare Hi! Our Network engineers worked hard to resolve your complaint no. 4-123153259303, but haven't been able to do so. While we've noted your concern, here's a way to improve your indoor Network experience. Simply connect to any WiFi and start making calls using WiFi calling from Vi
