@ViCustomerCare Your customer care only contacts & gives a fresh date for resolution. Executives keep explaining their inability to do stuff.i don't have time keep chasing & attending fruitless calls with no resolution. Just need last support on refund - I will get my number ported ASAP then.

@ViCustomerCare My Mom is getting payment reminders of a different Voda number belonging to a stranger. She even gets calls from your employees harassing her who refuse to listen to reason. You need to fix the issue.

@rmstakkar I have sent multiple reminders on mail but not received any reply from you and your team. Is this the way @ViCustomerCare helps? Outgoing is still barred for my number 9711-406-498 and your team is unable to resolve. PATHETIC. WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND VODAFONE. @TRAI
