    @TRAI @ViCustomerCare Dear Team, would like to draw your attention towards, fooling tactics used by Vodafone and request some action on the same. VI have suddenly started removing the sms service from all their basic recharge packs and have not even kept any standalone sms pack.

    @ViCustomerCare What a shame you guys are. Problem is there but you cant keep complaint open . So closing the complaint. Wave off my all bill else send me in writing that you can’t resolve issues @TRAI @rsprasad kindly look how Vodafone idea cheating people. Have some strict rules for them
