    @ViCustomerCare I recharged my number with a 1-year plan, yet I'm still not receiving incoming calls. I raised a complaint and was assured it would be resolved by 19th July, but nothing happened. After raising another complaint, I was told to wait until 27th July. Solve ASAP!!!

    Disappointed @ViCustomerCare ₹749 + taxes charged as Intl. roaming while I was in Sikkim (India). Last month's bill had similar charges too, which I unknowingly paid. Complaint raised, but bill is due in 3 days while resolution is in 5. A loyal customer for 15+yrs DM me for dtls

    @ViCustomerCare My wife has been trying to port from Jio to Vodafone for the past 15 days. First order created thru app was cancelled, store people forcing us to purchase postpaid and now new order is created and no response from customer care! Pathetic service for new customers.

    @ViCustomerCare @ViCustomerCare I received a call from your team yesterday. I was informed that a site visit had already been completed. I reminded your representative that your engineer had assured me a new site would be installed and the issue would be resolved within 15 days.
