@ViCustomerCare getting 0 network since last night. Network comes for a second nd disconnect. Bhai kis bat k paise lete ho yr. Why this torture? Refund the money if can't provider service. Already was suffering with slow net but now this 0 network is so much.

@ViCustomerCare @TRAI @DoT_India Mai is complaining many times about not getting network since July 15 but every time massage comes from Vi side, your problem has been solved while the network is still 2G fixed, that too in Khajuraho MP.complaint number MP-V00576639916.

Nothing just Vi things now every 2 days. You call customer care they'll register your complaint you will recieve message regarding that complaint and boom you'll have good speed for 2-3 days. And then again back to normal slow speed! @ViCustomerCare @DoT_India

@ViCustomerCare been loyal as your advert dog for 12 years. But patience been tested - 35 mails over 20 days and multiple calls n visit to vi store. No resolution. No escalation supposed. Really disappointed Vi 😭😭😭

@VodaIdea_NEWS @ViCustomerCare @ETTelecom Since last 2 days on my vi no unable to receive any message or otp stuck badly my work is impacting with this. Even no incoming calls. I have got the recharge done of 129 even then having the same problem. Fed up with service. HelpAsap
