    @ViCustomerCare your service is pathetic. Your sms says ET for something is 4hrs & even after 24hrs nothing is done!

    @ViCustomerCare Hi Aliya, I do not required any assistance. Location already provided to you and have a look on your site data base. Here many people have essential phone only they can not afford 4G phones they still and will continue to face such problems.

    @ViCustomerCare I've issue related to no 4g network working since last 1 month, replaced my sim twice, still no solution, only talks and deadlines. I get calls from vi representatives only to be updated about deadline and then for a new deadline. Corporate user, postpaid number.

    @ViCustomerCare The amount of time you are spending on calling me to ask my problem, can you just go and solve it? 20 days and no result. Have followed all the processes you guys told me to. No action. Sent it from the mail id you wanted. Customer care?? No. Customer Harassment!
