@ViCustomerCare Nothing will happen by sending a private message, I did this a few days ago, they said the problem will be fixed but it didn't happen, I called customer care 10 times and more but the problem was not solved @ViCustomerCare #ShameOnVi

@ViCustomerCare @Swamy39 Very bad service in term of 4G network. I was complain may time but problem is not solve. Regular in my family 5 Customer recharge 4g pack (Value -Rs2500) but network is not come at my house. My location - At+Po - Vishnupur tididha,Ps- Rajapakar, Bihar. .

@ViCustomerCare No response and resolution yet. I'm waiting for the resolution since July for the recharge issue and I've been assured several times for the resolution. No one taking action against the @ViCustomerCare and no one bother to resolve the issue. @DoT_India please look into it.

I went to VI store for MNP on Wednesday but still waiting for the sim portability. It is very disappointing to get service like this. Your executive said it will take 3 days maximum. Now it has been 7 days. @ViCustomerCare #worstservice #unprofessional

@ViCustomerCare @reemagupta123 Sad state of affairs for VI.. Inspite of discontinuing the services, my wife is hetting bills of the same and also raised a complaint but in vain, even dm contact details on twitter that also in vain. @reemagupta123 ur company mentally harrrasing

@ViCustomerCare Let me clarify: it was NOT resolved as I still do not have data access despite having recharged my plan on 2nd Oct. 2. I have to wait till 18th Oct (that's 8 days in all AFTER the complaint was raised from my end & 12 full days since I started facing the issue)

@ViCustomerCare No need. Your appellate team has updated me that my area is surrounding by building and advised me to use vi vowifi. So, I am moving to a better service provider!
