@ViCustomerCare isnt it completely surprising that your stores are asking for physical AADHAR card for SIM replacement! U r a data provider, jic u forgot. OTP works! 2. Wen it is ur SIM not working, why are you charging me for a replacement? God! Show me the path to tolerance🙏

@ViCustomerCare i converted from prepaid to postpaid on 15.09.22 but internet was not working. In customer care they told no need to change the sim I can use the same sim. But after contacting them they asked to change the sim near vi store. Very worst experience
