    After 2-3 DMs these @ViCustomerCare people not at all responding. Now the data plan not visible in my account. Don't know how they deactivated my data even if I have data plan till 19th July. Very disappointed by the response and they need 4-5 days to look into the issue 😰

    @ViCustomerCare I have been facing fluctuating data connectivity against my connection. No solution provided at all. I have no problem with my jio connectivity in my other SIM.

    @ViCustomerCare What is the problem with your sms service? The sms service stops working every alternate day for me/wife/son and we have to register complaints to get it working again. Is there a problem with your system or just POOR SERVICE??
