    @ViCustomerCare Vodafone Idea has a very bad service for SIM delivery. They do not deliver the SIM on time. If you call them, they say that they will get it delivered or they will get it delivered but they do not get anything done.

    @ViCustomerCare The order has been cancelled last week without informing me and I thought it's good as the beginning is so awful and I wondered how it would be in future, however I haven't received the refund yet,i placed the order on 22nd August and today is the 1st of September, kindly refund

    There is no damn network in Village- pimpri jalsen, taluka-Parner, District - Ahilyanagar/Ahmednagar Kaise @ViCustomerCare badal raha hai No damn network at all. Please do the needful at earliest within a month. @TRAI_OHD @TRAI kindly take of the permission and other necessitie

    @ViCustomerCare I am desperate to change my network other than Airtel Jio the only option is Vi but these guys do not have network no proper 5G network. This is a big opportunity @ViCustomerCare just improve network and millions of customers will fly towards you

    @ViCustomerCare Worst network the only reason for down is the network even call do not connect at once. And the network is only 2G
