@ViCustomerCare My complaint dated 06-May-2021 01:02:13 AM with reference number MSTEGGUJLP is registered. My Mobile internet has stopped working. If it's not resolved asap, I'm going to throw away this sim and buy a Jio/Airtel sim tomorrow first thing in the morning.

Every ISP should provide customisable plans Means customer could self decide that how much daily data he need, how much calls or unlimited or how much messages for how much time And accordingly the software shows the price of the same. @airtelindia @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare Hi, I have been notified that my Internet issue has been resolved so I tested the connection for 24hrs, and surprisingly enough its still the same. I seriously don't know what's you guys have fixed. Now even audio calls are keep disconnecting.

@ViCustomerCare How ookla verified this network as India’s fastest 4G? i have doubts on credibility of ookla verification. Daily at least for 2 hours the network is switched to EDGE... No improvements
