@ViCustomerCare I decided to port out from Vi after using it for 5 years. You guys have turned out to be the worst ntwrk provider.Your Giganet gives speed of 1 kbps.I'm pissed off with your service.Kindly recommend which network provider should i join @airtelindia or @reliancejio

@ViCustomerCare first of all WORST customer service both via call or email. It's been 10 days I am trying to get a solution to log in to the app but it won't send me the OTP. Customary care executives are dropping the calls because they're unable to understand the issue. Wtf

@ViCustomerCare no issue resolved i tweeted yesterday bt no improvement in signal quality. today the whole day my sim was completely off because of range. I think there should be a "HASHTAG" #Portvi
