    @ViCustomerCare I was told by customer care executive that i cannot use my main account balance to recharge my same number with a plan. I mean are you serious? How can you restrict a user from using his main account balance. Don't you think it is unfair mobile number 9899245187

    @ViCustomerCare I am so frustrated right now. Just switched to postpaid and the sim worked to 4 hours and now it says no service. Upon that the vi customer care number says it doesn’t exist nor the prepaid department can transfer to postpaid department such stupid service.

    Highlight of the day, getting scammed by @ViCustomerCare into buying an overpriced plan when a plan that better suited me was available, can't even cancel and move to another plan, as the customer care agent didn't bother informing cancelation charges are double the plan itself.
