Tej Tirumala (@tejtirumala) reportedI never expected that switching to Vi would mean losing iMessage and FaceTime. Because of Vi, I have lost both. I barely use WhatsApp. 90 days without iMessage and FaceTime feels like torture. Big lesson learned. Thanks, Vi @ViCustomerCare

The vendor told me that an unlimited recharge was included with the porting process, but after my SIM got activated, I found that no recharge has been done. The vendor is not available now, and I am unable to make calls. Kindly look into this issue and help me activate the promised recharge as soon as possible. Naren (@Narendra1590) reported@n_bangre @ViCustomerCare May be u r under tower. I don't have any network without prior notice they disabled sim. I am not getting any otp for transactions. This is creating lost in faith with VI network, why I did not change my network yet.
