    @ViCustomerCare Its 8826659816. I want my services to be restored and running till the time the portout is not completed. There is full signal bars in my phone, yet I am unable to access internet/data.

    Called the Neo Call Center as instructed by @ViCustomerCare , and agent Priyanka says they CANNOT cancel the order either! Neither team is taking responsibility

    @ViCustomerCare I ported my number from Jio to Vi specifically for better internet speed. But right now, the speed is extremely slow. If Vi also fails to provide good speed, what was the point of switching? Please fix this network issue ASAP. ​#Vi #NetworkIssue #InternetSpeed
