Very poor customer care service by @vodafone @ViCustomerCare They responded after 36 hours and didn't address the issue thoroughly.Other post paid services are cheaper than Vodafone on that ground they gave me concession for 6 month and now again updating previous expensive plan

@ViCustomerCare fail to capture faith of public.Eg-i ordered online @JioCare sim,received same day in 3 hours.And bad vi almost 5 hours over no information about sim delivery status, person details. Those who don't care for new customer I think they r not interested in business

@ViCustomerCare Why don't you provide good service plans for 1 year and also, e-sim for prepaid customers. Also, your tower coverage has drastically reduced over a period of time.
