  Hey @ViCustomerCare there is no 2g 3g or 4g network in my village from last so many months I don't know know. 2 month ago I port in in VI. I think I made a mistake.

  @ViCustomerCare Huge Network Issue on VI network. Registered Complaint Thrice but nothing happened. Seems VI doesn't want old customer to stay on there network. #WFH is really impacted due to this.

  @ViCustomerCare No help came from ur side I tried my best and in the end got help from my overseas tech friend who guided me that vi has disabled caller id after his help I was able to get it ok after 7 hours of struggle and 2 failed visit to ur outlet at sec37 Chandigarh
