  Worst experience with @ViCustomerCare. Bought a esim using the Vi website paying INR 365.00 as initial recharge. E sim activation and recharge still pending. In app chat bot just waste. I tried calling to customer care using a new sim call never connects. ++

  @ViCustomerCare Customers left my shop without recharge their number.. We are waiting for balance from 3 days ..still no service after complaining to your all higher official & social media handle...no problem..you will see the change from retailers Of our town soon..

  @ViCustomerCare Worst network work in the world. It was good that there was such a network on the way to wipe out India. The way it has reached the bottom of the stock market has been good. Faltu network I feel good and can't use 4 months money. Airtel Jio is much better than this. Let Gandu's

  @ViCustomerCare I asked for a solution .. you only said your problems and NO SOLUTION for a long term loyal customer. I am ASHAMED TO BE AN INDIAN, where companies DONT HAVE SOLUTION FOR CUSTOMERS .. and employees are So Corrupt that they misguide any customer at any point .. no two employees of a company say one same thing ..   .@ViCustomerCare works far better than its capacity in the rural areas unlike Jio who always trouble customers citing different lame reasons like dense vegetation around the house area etc. Jio's 5g is worse than any 4g network in India. I'm using the primary connection as Vi.
