    @ViCustomerCare the customer service is pathetic especially the live chat I have been contacting since 8th nov and so far the issue seems to be unresolved I am based out of UK now

    Extremely disappointed with the services of @ViCustomerCare No signal even after changing my sim to postpaid (in 3x amount). Not even allowing to change my current number into any better telecom network.

    U cheat VI, I was porting out from VI due to network issues/charges.Then u called 100 times to retain me, now I chose to stay with U but U guys are betraying within 2hrs & saying cannot accomplished the commitments, shame on u @ViCustomerCare @vodafone #FraudVi #FraudVadafoneidea

    @ViCustomerCare Undoubtedly Vi is providing huge benefits to the customers. But I think it is the high time for the authority to look into the performance of Vi in some specific locations, as problems like call drops, zero data connectivity, slow connection are common now!
