    @ViCustomerCare pathetic and highly delayed response from Vi. No effort to understand the issue. Whatapp reply comes after 20 hours. No effort to call and resolve the issue. It will ages to rectify the eeror with this speed ...v k g

    @ViCustomerCare No network at all.. Even u give extra data no use.. Waste of money and customer care not helped to solve it.. Issue since 30 days...

    @ViCustomerCare it's been 3 days been in touch with your call centre to fix my issue, but everyday been assured it's escalated and wil be resolved in 24 hours, have spent some 72 hours. Incoming messages are not coming and no banking transaction can be done, need a solution asap

    @JioCare I've given you'll 5 days worth of opportunities to resolve this but you'll have disappointed! I'll have no choice but to port if not resolved by tomorrow as it's majorly affecting my WFH situation! Can't sit around at cafe's all day! Maybe @airtelindia / @ViCustomerCare can help?

    @ViCustomerCare @VodafoneUK have been trying to talk to customer care for a sudden increase of 200rs on my postpaid bill since 2 weeks now but the service is so pathetic that even billing cycle has expired and now they will even charge another 50rs as penalty

    @ViCustomerCare , VoLTE is not working at location pincode 125076, Near Bhagat Singh Chowk. After previous complaint it worked for 2 days, now again not working for more than a week. Customer care not able to register complaint, though all previous complaint are closed already.

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafonein1 wrst sprt service, Try to cnvrt my postpaid to prepaid , after clear all bill, 2 Times reqstd frm vi store & Cancel frm retaining dprt ,so many complaint & mail not got the reason frm cust care for cancellations
