  @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia I am currently using a Vi Postpaid connection, but due to unexpected and unexplained billing issues, I am planning to switch to Airtel. I was promised a ₹399 monthly plan by Vi, but I am being charged ₹862+ every month.

  @ViCustomerCare Just cancel my family plan once; I will never get a Vodafone SIM again in my life. It was a mistake on my part to become a Vodafone user.
