    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Forced to write to you that In our area Vodafone network is poor....I give so many complaints.. But didn't take any actions to improve.. Lost my money by recharging continuously.. But no use.. 🙏

    @ViCustomerCare Why do allow prepaid numbers to recharge with such tariffs(Rs.79) if they can't help to restore/continue service???@TRAI please look into this matter, VI received recharge but still not activated service.

    Hello, @TRAI I have ported my number from Airtel to Vi, and that was the worst mistake. In vi, I am unable to make a call for 2 days. It's been 2 days since I am facing the issue with vi but didn't get any solution. I want to return to @airtelindia. Please Help @ViCustomerCare

    @ViCustomerCare Unless and until you people don't solve my problem or till the time of 90 days period so that I can port out from VI network, I'll surely post a video or screenshot regarding to network issue till that time.

    @ViCustomerCare @PENGUIN_____X Don't ask questions same every time. All cookies clear, everything is okay. Your pathetic service in our area. When I go outside it's working fine. Kindly do something to improve internet service in our area.

    @ViCustomerCare I want to port vi sim but I can't able to port it. Whenever I send message it give me this message UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

    Got a call from @ViCustomerCare saying that I will recieve an SMS with televerification code and need to enter on IVR by calling 59059 Since I haven't received any, i informed them, i was told that the there is an issue and it will be escalated And two days passed (1/3)
