@ViCustomerCare What a bad services vodafone is giving. Closed my complaint from application without informing me and if there is high usages in my area so what can I do. I am paying bill to vodafone. Looks like they are not interested to keep their customer happy.

@ViCustomerCare I have been loyalist since 2006, however a current team of Haresh Patel and his boss in vi Guj were worst servicing team. My phone is out of service since last 36 hrs and this is a corp. num, all my work happens thru this no.

@ViCustomerCare I am using my 2 vi numbers when I connect Internet the internet quite work around 2 or 3 minute after 3 minute then network was 4G was disconnect and his connect to 2G and not reconnect to 4G why I am facing the problem from around last 10 days @ViCustomerCare

@ViCustomerCare It is poor service from Vi to visit the store in the era of digitalisation for changes in the current plan. Facing network issue already but not raised as I can manage by WhatsApp call. Better close Vi and start tea stall on road side unauthorised area

@ViCustomerCare I had ordered a postpaid sim through your website and it's been 3 days since then, no sim delivered yet. Delivery date promised was 10th April. My current sim is getting expired in 2 days. Is this your subtle way to tell me to port to another service provider?
