    @ViCustomerCare After calling and giving the tat, which your company is know for! Do you actually work and give the resolution or keep calling again and again and tell customer that problem will be resolved. And then again ask for tat

    @ViCustomerCare My complaint is not resolved but still got message saying its resolved. Told me it will be resolved in 2 days but it has been a week. This is unethical "Your Benefit not Received related complaint for ********** with reference number C004-126774938171 is resolved"
