    @VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Forced to write to you that In our area Vodafone network is poor....I give so many complaints.. But didn't take any actions to improve.. Lost my money by recharging continuously.. But no use.. 🙏

    @ViCustomerCare this is how you treat customers? For weeks, Vi denied any network issue on my number. Complaints were closed with generic replies. Only after a physical visit by your team TODAY, you finally accepted that data & network are unusable. 4G connection giving .008mbps

    I recharged VI’s ₹698 Unlimited Data plan, but the moment I cross 1.8GB/day, the internet becomes extremely slow and unusable due to constant buffering. If there’s a speed cap, why call it “Unlimited”, @ViCustomerCare? 📶😠

    @ViCustomerCare Vi customer care not responding .I order a number but not coming in timing I am waiting for that sim . Vi customercare not supporting like airtel and other network . I choice a very bad network team .

    @ViCustomerCare Whenever there is a power outage in our area, the internet is the first service to go down. There is no battery backup nor any restoration plan. see I'm unable to send messages
