@VodafoneIN @VodafoneGroup Forced to write to you that In our area Vodafone network is poor....I give so many complaints.. But didn't take any actions to improve.. Lost my money by recharging continuously.. But no use.. 🙏

@ViCustomerCare I really used to love using Vi, I liked how they have unlimited overnight data and also unlimited 5G data. It really was the most pocket friendly service out there. But lately they have been on my nerves. THE UNLIMITED 5G IS LITERALLY A SCAM NOW. It never works.

@ViCustomerCare I tried to set PIN for my Vi SIM (first time ever). It asked me the existing one. I entered 0000 that failed, then 1234 that also failed, then asked for PUK. When checked online, I'm advised to call 199 but I can't coz SIM is blocked! Please help

@ViCustomerCare For the last 10-15 days, the speed drops to 10kb-24kb from 7:00-11:00 AM and again 7:00-11:00 PM. Before this, the network used to be fine. Please fix this urgently.
