Really pathetic service. So disappointing. I have been a customer for the past 10 years never thought of changing the service provider because so far i have got a smooth experience but now its just gone downhill. @ViCustomerCare #vodafoneidea

My VI sim is suddenly showing emergency calls while my other vi sim is having network, even other sim is showing network on my phone but not VI is showing emergency calls. @ViCustomerCare
