    @ViCustomerCare No resolution till now, not even anyone reached as gesture of support. Pathetic customer service. You left no choice then porting to other service provider. @TRAI

    @IndianTechGuide These @ViCustomerCare people just fool customers. They increase their prices after seeing other companies do it but they don't learn from those companies how to provide good customer service.

    @ViCustomerCare More than a month. Still no resolution. Postpaid-to-Prepaid migration requested on 2 May. Payment completed. Proof shared. 50+ calls made. Result: Number disconnected and incorrect bill generated. How long does it take to verify a payment and fix a #customer account #Vi

    @ViCustomerCare I faced challenge with soft sim of Vi, it either works on GSM or LTE/5G. When you get phone call hotspot doesn’t work. Not sure whether this issue is resolved now?
