    Putting it on record that @ViCustomerCare has not stopped the incessant flow of unsolicited promotional SMSes in violation of my DND registration despite repeated pleas. Robotic assurances with nil action. And a condescending call from a 'Customer Care' executive. Big let down.

    I really regret to everyone for asking them to try @ViCustomerCare, by saying they improved the network No. Dogs tail never bend. Don't do any long validity recharge. They are deactivating ur number and forcing to change to Postpaid Kindly portout ur number at the earliest.

    @ViCustomerCare it’s completely frustrating 😤 I have not been able to use internet for the last 9 days and still no proper solution. I have complained more than 30 times and spoken to customer care 6 times, but there is no update or resolution. 1|2

    I have been suffering from a low quality network issue of @ViCustomerCare from last week. I am doing my important work and their network is starting to lag and break. Please fix this issue, or shut down this scheme if you can't provide proper service! (Plan 398Rs, 4G unlimited)
