    @ViCustomerCare You are changing exactly booked a sim online on 23 rd August and you are not able to deliver it till today. Customer care is pathetic as hell this is when someone buys a new fancy number and want to get on board on your network, you your self don't want customer.

    @ViCustomerCare It’s not only the network but nothing is good in VI, from postpaid plans to customer care services , everything is worst . Check my emails and messages and chat history you will come to know about my frustration

    @ViCustomerCare @vodafoneIN_Fdtn Are you the first brand on Universe to collab with SRK? Is @iamsrk an alien that you advertise him that much? And why you force the users to watch his name? Focus on your network & on your curroupt system rather than wasting investors money.

    @ViCustomerCare What about the network condition the speed and problem in connecting call.. tried a lot to connect through DM but no response from @vi worst network connection.. disappointed

    @ViCustomerCare Instead of spending so much money on promotion, you should fix the network with that money. That would make a lot more sense.
