    2/n) @ViCustomerCare After the visit, it got resolved. However, after a month I started getting again the same issues. Is it the only Vi issue that they can't be consistent with their international services or does it happen with @Airtel_Presence and @JioCare also.

    @ViCustomerCare You have to be super serious. I have never seen such poor customer service . Honestly speaking I don’t even understand why you put people@on job without training. You asked me to email I sent an email and they closed my ticket stating it’s resolved ???

    @ViCustomerCare I have been constantly following up with you on DM for a resolution of outgoing calls to India not working while I have paid for the international roaming pack. Already spent 5 days out of 7 without the facility. #BadServiceByVi
