    Worst experience with @ViCustomerCare. Bought a esim using the Vi website paying INR 365.00 as initial recharge. E sim activation and recharge still pending. In app chat bot just waste. I tried calling to customer care using a new sim call never connects. ++

    @ViCustomerCare is there any network 🛜 problem in Jaipur, I am having 2 VI SIMs and both showing No Service. I have tried all troubleshooting tricks, still there is no any Signal.

    @ViCustomerCare i stopped my paygo service on 5 may, but still added ₹260 data charges+ ₹100 penalty extra GST amount. May i why are doing this and also the customer care team doesn't give a proper answer related to this. waive off charge and generate the new bill accordingly

    @DKaushik07 @ViCustomerCare 6 store visits and calls with no resolution is exactly why businesses need AI support agents that actually work — instant answers, ticket tracking, and human escalation when needed. Sorry you're dealing with this, hope it gets sorted.

    Extremely disappointing experience with @ViCustomerCare Paid for a 15-day international roaming pack during overseas travel, but my SIM barely worked and caused massive inconvenience throughout the trip. Now even after returning to India, there is no network at all.
